Won’t be going back, miserable girl served me, the tiniest portion I’ve ever seen!! Even said I’d pay extra and still barely got anything. They have lost my custom

Absolute shambles in the Prince Edward Road shop today....the staff were shouting over the top of each other and to delivery drivers while I was being served, staff didn't know the names of sandwiches on the menu, or what bread was available. I was referred to as 'She' no less than 4 times, all because I asked for a different cheese, which ended up being a staff debate. The manager was smug and unhelpful and just didn't listen to what I had asked for so abandoned putting the order into the till, stating to the staff member 'I don't know what she wants'. I was then asked 3 times by 2 staff members what salad I wanted, refused the blue light discount that was advertised and then to finish, there were no lids for the cups.

Wow… the food was immaculate and the service?!? Phenomenal!!! We were encountered by the wonderful Saoirse, she was so accommodating to our needs. The foot was hot and fresh, and was speedy service. She was lovely and talkative throughout our whole experience within this branch. We truly hope that Saoirse will serve us again in the upcoming weeks! Keep up the good work!

Always smells brilliant when I walk in here. Staff are nice, not too miserable like som food places. Hygiene is fairly good, staff do wear gloves and food is rarely ever cross-contaminated. Prices can vary depending on what meal you get but overall, good for what you get. No extra for toasted either. Would come back.Vegetarian options: Option to not have meat and a lo of salad available.Parking: Very limited parking space, especially at peak times. The Nook is always busy and parking can be difficult, especially outside the store your looking for.

Would give 0 if I could. Awful ignorant very unhelpful staff. Didnt have standard (meatball sub) that I wanted when asked for next sandwich (on website) said she had never heard of it so I couldn't have it. Just ignorantly pointed at the screens behind her and said "that's all we have". Will not be back thank you.

A small outlet (so avoid it on a lunch time during term time as it'll be rammed with school kids!), but great staff, very efficient and exactly what you would want from a Subway. *****Edit - it's been a while since my 5* review and so I thought it worthwhile updating. Sadly, this establishment has really gone downhill. On the last 3 occasions arriving around 9am I've been unable to order the breakfast sandwich (mega-melt). I assume you can still order it (though it isn't advertised anywhere in the store that I could see) as the staff know exactly what Im asking for, but there's always ingredients unavailable which, at 9am and on 3 separate occasions, I think is unacceptable.

had food delivered from this store I ordered a steak and cheese salad the salad was a mess all you can taste is the sauce to top if off there was no steak in the salad at all. Avoid this subway restaurant at all costs!

Went in and ordered 2 subs, on my sub I asked for ham, the women in the shop put 3 slices of ham on a foot long sandwich and the guy turned little boy in the shop was on the register sat and basically cried about working. Sandwiches were half arsed and the kid needs talking to for his unprofessionalism and attitude. Not coming back while they’re working
