I gone to the place my order at the till I am look at whats app that my daughter sent me the same drink I was trying to bring in up and the manger who was standing in he said hurry up telling me to be quick and he side u got be fast I got a Queue and rushing me and very Disrespectful And his attitude was appalling. And as I was waiting for my coffee and drinks. He was banging on the counter to tell people to heavy up. Not good at all we are pepole that pay he wage Have a respect for customers and no one come and Apologised, I said sorry. And nothing, not even a free drink to apologise. I felt so ashamed.

There were lots of dirty and cluttered tables.We ordered our drinks and staff said they would shout us.There was a customer causing a distraction and, along with other noise, it was really hard to hear.At one point, I went to check on the drinks and was ignored.I tried again 5 or 10 minutes later and our drinks were sitting there for everyone else to brush up against.We'll stick to Costa.

Dirty tables always, crowded atmosphere, no relaxing vibes & bad customer service. My advice is to use Starbucks app to order when its the old lady shift to avoid dealing with her as this is what I do now till I move out from Sunderland!!
Went for take out today. Really busy. Working short staffed and coffee machine down. But staff brilliant. Friendly. Good communication. And apologetic for time waited. Noticed they had a couple of “Karen’s” to deal with. But felt with professionally.

Poor customer service, whenever I see the old lady white short hair serving I know my mood is going to be ruined. Never smiles, no respect, yells at customers, lies about preferences I use all my life & in so many countries use to order this way and she tells we don’t do that, keep giving comments about everything ( we never used to sell cheese croissants here..) ( I am not heating it anyway ) & so much more…, have to repeat the order hundred time just because she is not fast in typing and I get it wrong anyways.. telling we are closing soon a hundred times rudely just because she wants me to leave so that she cleans the tables before time and run to home. Tables are always dirty, I rarely get my drink tasty, very unprofessional baristas approximately all don’t know how to make an iced coffee, not using measuring cups properly, sometimes coffee is less, sometimes ice very less. I always order whole milk and Baristas hide the drink and mix it with skimmed milk. I now have to memorize how each one of them do it so I rectify them accordingly. just sick of this… and guess will stop getting my daily coffee from there.. I would give zero stars.

Customer service needs alot of work from the older lady with white hair. Her attitude stinks and she speaks to Customers with no respect. Wouldn't recommend going in if she is at work.
