The customer service was very rude. The woman with blonde hair served us on Thursday at 11:00. She didn't even acknowledge our presence and was talking to her colleague while taking the order. She was very rude and didn't care to listen. We ended up walking out. After reading most of the reviews, we realized they treated others the same way. We hope the manager will take some responsibility for this situation.

Just been to this place and my god.. dont know if its lacknof training or just the language barrier but the lady seemed unable to understand us .. my order was wrong and was very simple. No chat not a nice atmosphere. Seemed to have a chip on her shoulder of some sort. Extremely slow by the time we left there was a big queue so god knows what time the got their food. Sharnt be using again

Always find the staff here friendly. Can the owner of this franchise spend some money to tart it up a little and FIX THE AIRCON! Place is like an oven and the staff struggle with the incessant heat.

I asked for a tuna salad, the new one good vibes or what ever it's called, the girls had no clue, I got home and it looks like the grinch has vomited allover my salad!! There was no cheese and no olives!!! And doesn't look appertising, the girls were just standing jabbering on and thr que was insane behind me! Sorry i use subway quite a bit and today was such a let down.
