I worked here for 2 hours and it was very good, cj verity is so good at making burgers he is burger maker level 7 which is very good and Jade verity is burger maker level 8 which is insane!!!! I’m only burger maker level 2 but the food is very good another classical review been eating here for 7 years and if ur lucky u can see Luke jacques jake and cj all at the same time and u get the secret JLC burger which has Nutella, drumsticks and Dorito flavoured stuff and a chicken burger with taki dust sprinkled on it and it tastes so good and u also get the JLC trainers which are worth £200 and u get them for free! It was soo good when they all came and we opened the chamber of secrets in the toilets and found out the secrets of Burger King in wallsend and we were all shocked but if u see Jake Luke and cj all in Burger King at the same time get ur merch and burger and go in the chamber of secrets and find out the truth of Burger King in wallsend so when u visit enjoy!

Understaffed during our visit, which meant a long waiting time during peak evening hours on Friday, especially on the drive through. The store was not that busy, just not enough hands to deliver food in timely manner. Food was tasty, we do like the Whopper and kids were pleased with the cheeseburgers and the fries.Vegetarian options: Plant based burger patties and fries.Parking: Shared open space parking with Aldi, offering plenty of bays.

Waited 35 minutes to actually get to the only window that was on then waited another 15 minutes for food to arrive.Said they were busy but there was only 2 people in the actual shop

Was quiet. Staff were friendly. The door is quite heavy, but there is no step to get in.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is quite heavy, but is wide, and there is no step to enter. One of the drop curbs nearby is quite steep though. Coming from opposite Aldi isn't as steep.

My faith in Burger King has been restored, Whopper burger was spot on , it actually looked like the picture. Service was friendly and prompt.

My partner had a delivery go missing but no refund, this week just eat I had a sandwich go missing, they asked for photographic evidence , but I obviously could not take a photo of something that was missing, I said as much but I received a refund.Tonight everything enclosed every thing on time...decent vegetarian menu.

Only 1 window working so waited 17 mins to get to window to be served couldnt change mind or reverse as cars behind us, untidy looking manager passed us and laughed saying sorry guys as she went for a tab. ANOTHER 8 miutes for food to come. Can't see this place lasting long with the service its diabolical. Poor lad serving us looked sick, must be all the complaints he must be getting. Food overpriced for the service offered. NEW manager needed to motivate the staff or Area manager needs arsed kicked as you can't tell me they go and view this business and think they are doing well.
Not great food wasn't very nice at all and when you have a burger king ...you kinda at least want the nostalgia moment .. but the quality of the buns was awful ...falling apart dry and stale ..the meat in the burgers was not nice at all ..and we were short of a couple of items on our order... ?

Says open till 11 pm, no one there to serve but could clearly see staff in the back seem more interested in cleaning down and closing for the night. hrs been updated recently on google to 11pm and on all other platforms states 11pm closing time not 10pm?? Taken my business elsewhere unfortunately

Got drive through. Server was pleasant, helpful and cheery. Got what we ordered. Food was as it said on wrapper/ordered. Jobs a good 'un.

We came into this store and was greated by the warm and friendly staff. The manager was fantastic at answering my quiries. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I will be returning again in the future
