Visited the Wallsend High Street shop. The staff were very pleasant and chatty, much improved since my last visit in the shop. Keep up the good work, thanks for the awesome cappuccino as always.Wheelchair accessibility: Shop is all on one level with wheelchair accessible doors from the street. Also had a clean disabled toilet.

Avoid this place at all costs and give your money to an independent coffee chain instead. Disgusting and the staff are abysmal. Management worse after the stories you hear about them and the way they treat their staff.

Great consistent Costa service, comfy seats, and a great place to sit and watch the world go by, whilst enjoying a few drinks.
Best coffee is from Costa friendly staff as you'd expect speedy service didn't like my last coffee but that was down to me and not staffGet the app to get them beans

I pop into here every so often, not too much as the manager/s have a serious attitude problem, the other staff really are lovley and are willing to help at any opportunity, but last time I visited I overheard some staff members talking about management stealing their tips? Surely, that isn't a joke and a serious allegation, as I can imagine a lot of people tip the nicer staff in the building? I think I'll just pass on visiting here again, I've spent enough money here without knowing that the tips I willingly give are just going to the management who probably earn 3x as much as other staff. No thanks ?
