Me and my family decided on ordering in for tonight, unfortunately we were disappointed and outraged. We spent around £30 in total and once it had arrived the meals were stone cold. There was only a few minutes from when the driver left to when it was delivered so we know it was an issue at the restaurant. We are no longer ordering there as each time the food is either cold or to a poor standard, or somtimes missing items. we contacted the restaurant but we were told to go via Uber eats and that it was not there problem. We will not be returning.

Had to ask that the table was cleaned. Not that busy but plates still left in tables

After ordering we sat at a table to wait for our food. Ended up eating in the car. All the tables, windows and screens were disgustingly dirty and had obviously not been cleaned for some time. There was chewing gum on the floor and a build up of dirt on the window sills. If it's this dirty in public areas, God knows what it's like in the food preparation area! I pointed out the dirt to the staff member who served our food, however she just walked away. This is a very busy place; surely they are making enough money to pay for cleaners???

Visited today,12 Sept 2022. Waited ages to be served due to the three staff chatting to a friend being served? While sitting with coffee...one of the three proceeded to clean tables with dirty floor brush !!! Brilliant.will not be going here again.

This place is always way over busy with the drive thru and it causes terrible traffic and obstruction at the silverlink. This place is not built correctly for the amount of customers that use it as it is on the corner over a very busy dual carriageway way and shopping park. I have used this on a night time and although it's a little quieter then the queue seems to go down very slowly. I would advise people not to ask for a large meal as the only difference is a larger container but with the same amount of food and drink you would get with a medium meal. YOUR PAYING FOR THE PACKAGING NOT THE FOOD. Most of the staff are polite and lovely but I have had the odd member of staff that make quite a few mistakes and seem like they have never been educated.

how the hell are u gonna take breakfast off just eat and uber eats like 45 minutes before u stop serving it at 11, ruined my day i hope ur happy u bunch of losers

It’s impossible to get through the drive through in under 20 minutes without divine intervention. The queue tends to go into the road - possibly because it’s the only McDonald’s around for miles. The food’s okay and generally what you’d expect from any McDonald’s, but veers towards the cold end of the spectrum. Staff range from neutral to extremely nice. It’s bearable overall, but really does take the ‘fast’ out of fast food.

The last three times I have visted McDonald’s at the Silverlink The food has been absolutely disgusting soggy cold chips luke warm cheeseburgers the only good thing was the drinks, told them about this each time I went but it just fell on deaf ears so won’t be going for a very very long time if I go back at all.

Ordered 4 meals for delivery. They all arrived freezing cold. When I rang up to complain was given no offer of replacement meals and told to take it up with just eat. This is not the first time that issues have been experienced here. Avoid at all costs.

We ordered food for delivery when it never arrived within the time frame we rang them up for them to say it had been delivered to a different address. When asked for a redeliv.ery or refund they refused and told us to get intouch with justeat . This is the second time we have had a problem with this branch the first time we waited two hours for our meals to be delivered,just to add we are only a ten minute drive from where they are.
