Ordered food at 9.15 pm it finally arrived at 11 53pm . I was prepared to send the delivery driver away but my husband felt bad doing that. We wish he had . Burnt crunchy pizza both of them , no pitta bread with the kebab . Kebab meat way dehydrated and crunchy. Just awfully. Tried calling to complain no-one answered the phone

The place is under new management now they said, new guys running the place and Pizzas I got were brilliant, great taste. Chicken kebab was so nice, will always go back.

Woke up ill and I mean ill, shaking, sweating and throwing up. Good poisoning from lastnight. Shop was filthy, staff looked filthy, were picking their faces while making food, no rubber gloves on and I thought I was drunk and that's why my chicken looked pink but it actually was pink. Worst shop on the high street

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Ordered food. Told 15 to 20 minutes. Phoned 40 minutes later and got told it was getting cooked next be another 15 to 20 mins. Asked him why say 15 to 20 minutes. Blamed the website but I didn t order it online. I phoned it in. Won t order from here again. I was quite a regular but no more.

Used to order regularly. But moved so stopped but as I was passing I stopped for chicken kebab and a donner kebab with chips. absolutely disgusting.. donner was so dry it was inedible. Chips were hard and the chicken kebab had so much garlic sauce it fell to bits and was slimy.. so disgusted by this I will never order again.

My pizza was burnt, not just a little bit but the whole pizza i was disgusted with it. I phoned to complain and the woman at the othere basically didnt care and hung up on me, i tryed again and asked to speak to her manager she hung ip for a second time. Iv always gone to Euro pizza never had problems until last night.ME A CUSTOMER NO MORE.Atturtude stinks to say the least.

Disgrace pre order at 5pm for it to come at 7:30 ring at 7:45 it’s still on shelf waiting for driver be freezing cold by the time it gets here never again

Don’t know what the hell this is !! Least could have stretched to a little salad and more meat rather than a chip wrap !!!! I ordered a chicken Kebab wrap!!!

absolutely rediculous prices for walk in / pick up 7.80 or 10 inch pizza and 7 pound for plain cheesy chip wrap , pizza was all bread even after asking for thin crust and barely any chicken , sour garlic that smelt of vinegar - never again

cheesy chip wrap 6.90 and a 10 inch chicken kiev pizza 7.90 with one tub of garlic came to 15.80 - pick up also worst pizza all bread ,tiniest bits of chicken garlic was sour and smelt of vinegar smallest wrap ever and just amazed at how expensive it was

Avoid mixed kebab chewy pizza was that hard couldn't even eat it £28 wasted half of order was missing and not even answer there phone very disappointing

Ordered from here a while back and waited an hour and a half for food, when it arrived the order was wrong.phoned shop and they replaced the order.food not great. Ordered again tonight again food late and yes you guessed it wrong order. Asked for a refund will never use again lass on phone had a right sttitude hung up on me. Never again...my advice theres enough pizza shops around wallsend so avoid this one if you want to avoid disappointment
