First time customer, probably my last aswell. I only ordered from here because Willow doesn't deliver and I regret my laziness! I ordered a Cowboy meal, and it must be named that because a bunch of cowboys are cooking it. Burger was cheap/nasty with soggy batter, no crisp or even colour to even a 10 year old asked me if it was cooked. Don't worry the dog enjoyed it. I would give the benefit of the doubt and say the grease from the burger made it greasy but this was not the case. I also had 2 battered sausages equally as soggy/colourless. I mean if you're struggling to catch the basics of battered food, I'd rethink your business plan. Chips were fine, food was hot, that was your saving grace from making the review a 2 and not a 1

Used to go here on me lunch break when I worked in Wallsend, thought it was canny and never had a problem. Even when I got a small portion I seemed to get a load of chip!

Had two bad experiences here lately just don't seem to pay attention to what your asking for even daft things like would you like batter on your chips yes and you don't get it sick of it not same as it use to be

Food was terrible. Chips were over done, still had roots from the potatoes on the skin, haven't even been able to finish my meal it was that bad. Sausage wasn't even a pork sausage, it was a savoly sausge in batter. Don't waste your money or time. Won't be back again

Pizza was burnt to a crisp cut snap in half and chips were soggy and full of grease I use to always get it from here ill not be returning

Got kebab and chips lunch time special with chilli sauce was £4. I have had food poisoning! Only thing I ate so I know it is definitely that from here! I would never ever eat from here again nor would I eat kebab now from anywhere again that’s how bad I’ve been. Absolutely Disgusting!!

The Food is still good, well priced but there's been a few times I've gotten thr wrong food so double check before you leave. Otherwise still good and a good range on the menu

High quality food and always served fresh!Veg pizza very nice ? never had Melty burger before it was so so amazing, defo going to order it again and one of my favourite is the Gulab jamans with coconut, absolutely lush.
