Appalling service. Waited 30 minutes in a queue to order the party bucket for 6. to be told when I eventually got to order that they had no chicken on the bone. When I said can you not put a sign up letting people know the attitude was appalling but not just that lady there was another lady with an attitude problem as well. That’s me finished with KFC

None of the chicken was freshly cooked , was so dark I was nearly convinced it was yesterday's chicken warmed up . Really rank , will never go here again . So bad , Iceland frozen stuff actually seems

Ordered KFC through Uber Eats as the weather was horrendous and didn't want to go out. Delivery was great from Uber eats the delivery person was very considerate and polite. The food delivered was not as ordered I had ordered a Wicked Variety Bucket: 10 pc but only received 5 pieces of chicken. When you call the restaurant to discuss they asked me to pack up the food I have just paid to be delivered and drive up to the restaurant and prove that I only received 5 pieces (defeats the point of paying for delivery). The other option was to complain to Uber eats who did a good job and delivered a sealed package probably not knowing what was ordered or in the package (I could be wrong only used them a few times). So disappointed with KFCs attitude and customer service

Absolute incompetent idiots!Came in the the shop which had chairs and food everywhere it was a total mess. Two people at the front of counter both ignoring me just looking at me, waiting 15 minutes to even be approached to make an order. Started making my order and the foreign one didn’t even know how to scan a code to take off discount. Other one stood on her phone like a plonker. The shop is disgusting and the staff are just as bad, absolute disgrace. They didn’t even have half of the stuff on the menu, turned around and walked out. 0 customer service skills

Tried to give this place a chance tonight as it used to always be nice and fresh , absolutely disgusting tasteless garbage, chicken that you can’t eat as it’s just over cooked hard isn’t even the word, the place needs shut down terrible kfc will never get another penny of my money , the staff need trained in customer service

If I could give zero star i would, the place should be shut down, the staff are rude and incompetent, waited forever to be served while they all strolled about, and then when they did eventually take my order I was told card only, there should have been a sign on the door before you even get into the shop.
