Been to this one a few times cia drive thru. Everytime i get sharebox of cheese bites i never get tomato dip. Now i believe the manager has asked the staff not to give to customers so they can save money. Petty. I won’t be going back and if i do i will be having words.

It's a McDs, blinking app sucks though, updated and I got a white screen of nothing when trying to place order, killed the app and restarted it and order was placed, go figure lol ?Parking: There is a time limit and cctv fine system if you think you can park here all day.

Ordered a happy meal with 2 double cheeseburgers. They placed the double cheeseburgers inside the happy meal!!Had to wait for 10 minutes in a parked bay and then a girl came overWhen I asked why the 16 year old who made the food placed them in the happy meal she shrugged her shoulders with a disgusting attitude !!!Totally undercooked burgers also. Both burgers had 4 pickles on each and filled with onions to the brim completely inedible.If I could give 0 stars I would.Complete waste of time and moneyTrust me do not go to this place !!!!??

One menber of staff sorted out all the problems. part of the order missing. Sauces missing and the hot chocolate which was like dirty water. She was marvelous. She was cheerful and chatty and obviously cared.

Worst McDonald's in North East, possibly the UK. With rude unhelpful staff, every order gets something wrong. It's consistently terrible food, thrown together and haphazardly wrapped. Awful chips, awful coffee. Tonight I ordered a wrap with grilled chicken, after a stupidly long wait I got a crispy breaded chicken wrap. Fries were cold and stale. Coffee burnt and acrid. One to avoid if you have any other option.
