Ordered for collection at 8.05 and collected at 8.30 chips and cheese was rubbery and tasted powdery. When I rang to complain over the phone the woman was quite rude and claimed that I waited 25 minutes to collect however when ordering for collection I’d expect 20-30 minutes to be the average time for pickup and so the food should not have been rubbery by time I’d picked it up. So clearly a food quality issue. I was unable to eat majority of the food due to this and will not be ordering again.

Ordered a meal for my family we spent over £40 asked for a free pizza which is in the offer and did not receive. (Not in conjunction with any other offers I understand)Full price for most items equal to £26.? Free pizza is spend £17 or more?Call the restaurant and the lady who answered. Very rude and didn't give a toss. Her response was even if you spend £100 you won't get one.Customer service is rubbish and staff are rude and must hate there job.Why accept the order in the first place if you can NOT deliver what's on the order?This was clearly stated on the notes on Just Eat!In the future It will be best that you read the customers request before accepting the order.NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!(DUE TO ATTITUDE ON PHONE)

Ordered from here only ever had 1 issue before when the pizza was over cooked so we ordered tonight and garlic sauce wasn't on the wrap, no cheese or salad on the burger that was ment to be on but apart from that all is good with food
So my Garlic Bread arrived a little too ‘Well Done’. After a quick call to describe the issue, I was told to be ready with the Crispy Offender, as a Driver was on the way. Within 15 minutes, a fresh Garlic Bread was dispatched that is probably to date, the best Garlic Bread i’ve had in the NE28 delivery zone.Staff: FantasticDelivery: QuickDriver: Hilarious as ever.THIS is how to avoid losing customers. Chain stores should take notes!!!
