Subway is what it is! New menu decent choices. The only issue was the shop was way too hot when asked to turn the Aircon on was told it was all the way down which was a blatent lie as you could see that it was off. Apart from the heat was an alright sarnie

i got a footlong cheese sandwiche for my son and they barely put any cheese on the sandwiche when thats all i wanted on it and than when i got the sandwiche home i found a hair in it so i wont be going back to subway in wallsend.

My sandwich was not cooked in the mini oven long enough especially when I had beacon .. paid for it the next day I was ill , the woman behind the counter was charging for every single item put in the sandwich for me and my son will not return to this branch again.

The staff in Subway Wallsend were unfriendly and unkind, the Hash Browns were too crispy and I like my hash browns soft, this is bad customer service.

Absolutely APPALLING customer service. They did not complete my order, and when I asked for a refund, politely, twice, I ended up being hung up on. Cold food as well, very inconsiderate, especially for the cost; avoid the hassle, avoid them. EXTREMELY. disappointed. How rude.
