Eat at the Walls End quite a lot as it's a very friendly, comfortable place and the foods cheaper than if you made it yourself. Should move in really..... All the staff are very friendly and efficient but have to say, Lisa is a real superstar. Although she flies around behind the bar like a little rocket, she always has her ready smile beaming and happy to have a friendly chat. A lovely girl and a credit to her employers.

We not been here before it was an impromptu call to fill in time before a hospital appointment. We chose breakfast and latte it was lovely and fresh all cooked exactly what we wanted. Nice and clean toilets . Staff friendly and polite thanks

Popped in for lunch and certainly not disappointed. Food arrived quickly after ordering on the app and was lovely and hot and tasty. Staff in here are very attentive, thanks to Niaomi for great service.

We both had small mixed grill it was nice apart from the chicken breasts being under cooked. Waiting staff were fab
Me,my husband and son came in for food and to watch the football.we were given a booth with a tv.the food was really nice.one of the best mixed grills I’ve had.the staff were so friendly and helpful

My girlfriend and thought it would be a nice treat to come and get some food here this Saturday at around 3pm. We walked in and sat ourselves down as instructed by the sign. After about 10 minutes we found ourselves ready to order some food and a drink of coke. I only had cash on my person so ordering at the bar was the only option. As I approached the bar, I was not greeted nor felt welcomed by any staff. Before I could even speak I was asked if I had any ID. I explained I didn’t have any as I was just wanting some food no alcohol as it was the middle of the afternoon, (didn’t think I’d have that issue as I am 22 years old with visible tattoos) The young man then decided to Rudely interrupt me and ask if I was over 18, to which I replied telling him my age. Although I had calmly and politely responded to his questions he was extremely rude and nasty about the situation and told me he would not be serving me. I then returned to my seat to tell my girlfriend about the situation when, (not even 30 seconds later) A older blonde woman approached us asking for our ID, and told us we would not be allowed to stay if we didnt have any. My girlfriend handed her her ID, the woman then left without saying anything. After that experience we both decided we didn’t want to stay at all because we felt completely uncomfortable and unwanted almost as if we were being targeted by the staff. I have never ever been treat in such a way anywhere in my life. Truly disgusted, sort your staff out!

We popped in for a cuppa and decided to have some toast. I went the bar there was only 1 member of staff on, she was busy but did acknowledge me. I oasked for decaf tea, decaf coffee,diet coke, white toast with butter and brown roast with marmalade. I felt she wasn't listening, I repeated it all twice. Showed her the blue light discount . She gave us the coke and coffee and was waiting for the tea, what do you want she says, I ordered a decaf tea so she did it and I had to pay for it as she said she hadn't heard even though she had repeated the order to me!! Sitting at the table another member of staff came and slung a plastic basket with sauces on,I said we only ordered toast she just looked and said yep. Toast arrived no brown toast just white. Didn't bother querying it as staff looked far to miserable to care. Maybe some lessons in customer service are needed oh and teach them how to smile ?
