Food was 2 hours and cold asked for a refund as we were going to bed and far too late to eat but nothing food arrived at 10pm was given a bottle of coke thanks but your not delivering on you service and you shouldn’t take on orders you can’t deliver on in a reasonable time scale 10 pm is far too late and no refund….

Almost 2 hour wait for delivery rang and was told should be with you in 10mins with some sarcastic comment from some in the back ground saying it takes more than 25 minutes to get from the shop to my address which is 15mins

Nearly 3 hours waiting phones constantly engaged ...just eat say its delivered hour ago ...yes one way to keep your delivery data up ....turned up luke warm won't be ordering again...and sorry to the delivery girl who took the abuse...hope it is passed on to management.
