Atmosphere was buzzing, but loud. Everyone's shouting to each other to make themselves heard partly due to the numerous televisions blaring out the sports commentary. Trouble was that the volume on the sound system was so loud the commentary was distorted as a result, the plus side is that there's no chance you'll miss any of the action as there's screens everywhere! The food was a different matter. It's a number of years since our last visit which was nothing to write home about, but we decided to give it another try. Pleased to say that Champ's has been consistent in that they are still as bad. Someone else has mentioned that the Q R code ordering system doesn't work, and there is no signage as you enter, or on the tables telling you to go to the bar to order. The Madri beer was well kept, but the food and table service was dire. The waitress kindly tipped some of my meal onto the table - no apology or attempt to clean the table, just walked off!! The crockery looked like it had been bounced off the walls on a number of occasions judging by the number of chips and chunks taken out of the dish. The shredded chicken fries in Chinese curry sauce turned out to be French fries doused in chip shop curry sauce and some breaded goujons of chicken stuck on top. Not a difficult meal to make so I'd expect freshly cooked fries, not ones which have been sat around in the kitchen and gone cold and chewy (either that or they were those boxed microwave chips which have the same texture). Needless to say, we'll not be going back again!

Supposed to be family friendly, if that’s the case don’t expect kids to be sat still and not touching things on display. Girl serving told my son not to touch one of the decorations on display, he’s 4. What do you expect, then when blowing up balloons and he asked for one she said no ? it’s a balloon. Food was average, couple of bits of chicken in the burrito and the rest was just rice. Not worth the money.

Hint to businesses advertising hours on google- mention kitchen closing times and encourage your employees to not tell your guests that they better hurry up and order. This very rude behavior was followed up by a snickering sidebar at the server station as I took my seat after ordering. Another hint- try to be a little less obvious. I just wanted to eat a chicken sandwich ffs. I’m here 9/10/23 at 20:35.

This isn't our first visit here. And the food is always delicious but tonight wow, I had Kiev pizza and it was absolutely amazing. I've never had a bad meal yet from here and highly recommended the food
