Food looked OK but didn't get that far as the rude gentleman behind counter decided to be so rude and un accommodating he made it quite clear he didn't wanna be there along with us, so we left.

After the last review I avoided the place for months, choosing other venues in the Shopping centre. Gave them another chance late autumn, but not much improvement. Been going a couple of times in the new year 2020. Still cash-only. Please repair your contactless! Back to paper bags, finally. The food is better again, as it used to be. 3 sizes now instead of 2 options, with higher prices. Happy to pay the extra for the Quality however. A little more effort for full marks! At least now I’m coming back.

Was here last week for a quick lunch to takeaway I had noodles and salt and pepper chicken and soy chicken it was delicious and big portions the staff were very helpful and friendly will be back

Opened up especially for us and because we had waited they gave us our food for no charge, workers were really kind and made sure we liked our food, would definitely go again and recommend , food was a great portion size and tasted amazing

The place is called chopstixs but ironically theres none to use, aye the selection is okay - but the portion to price ratio is what brings this down - i mean 5,50 for a little box that is smaller than an actual box of rice youd get at any takeout place - the staff aint even asian decent - all in all 3 stars for this little place - honestly i cant even try and big it up
Love it when I'm working in Washington and I can go hear for lunch, it's fresh, tasty and fantastic value. Hidden away at the back of the in-shops in the galleries shopping centre is this wonderful Chinese. You can buy a box to take out or a plate to eat in, same price. £5.60 for large box or plate, just under a fiver for a small one. You get a choice of rice, chips or noodles ( or bit of both) plus 2 mains if you by large. You also get prawn crackers. You won't regret it! Note: They only take cash.

Poor quality food. Rice was bland and tasteless. Asked if food was spicy, and suitable for children. Was told chicken was not spicy but was like eating chewing black pepper. Waste of money.
