Bog standard food, side salad was not great, tomatoes were not fresh and cucumber dry, the toasted sandwich was acceptable. Would of been nice if my fresh orange juice was jn a glass and not a paper cup. Table numbers would be nicer than the staff yelling across the room making it a less relaxing lunch. Overall can do better

This is my go to place when I go to The Galleries. The food is delicious, reasonably priced and service is quick. The staff are very efficient and friendly. I have never yet been disappointed when I've been there. Lunchtime is very busy which tells you how good Gillies is.Kid-friendliness: Child menu available as are high chairs.
What a depressing place. Not a pleasant experience at all.

The staff are as rough as a Sunday morning hangover and the customers ugliness put you off your food, if you could eat it in the first place. Avoid this place it's desperate for a revamp but it's always busy so if your rude, ugly and like slop you'll enjoy it.
