“We had our close family & friends wedding reception here on the 5/10/24 & gotta say, the buffet that was put on, was amazing & delicious. More than enough for food for everyone. Hope the people at the bar enjoyed it haha thank you for the wonderful service & awesome time. This was our 1st date venue when we met & it was fitting to have our wedding reception here, before we moved on”

“Since the blue bell has been taken over, I’ve been more times than I have the past 6 year living in Usworth ! The owners are so friendly and the pub has a much better atmosphere. Hopefully you will start doing bar food/ light snacks soon once the kitchen is sorted. I can see this pub doing so well!”

“As I didn't go for a meal I won't answer that part. The Line Dancing crowd a real canny group of girls, soon to become friends as I've joined the weekly group. I walk over with a friend of mine from our village. Club can last couple of hours. It's not often I walk nearly 12000steps a day!”

“I attended an open mic night here last week. Great night. Compère, Ian was very friendly and welcoming as were the other acts. Would love to return in the future. I didn’t give 5 stars due to the timing. An early start and finish due to the quiz night!!! Still a great night.”

“Food is lovely but they don't always have what they advertise on the menu.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.Baby changing rooms are in disabled toilet but no changing mat or pads for the changer.Dogs are allowed.Atmosphere is lovely very relaxed place, music isn't too loud and prices are fair for what you get and not to expensive a place to go back too.”
