The service is absolutely wonderful in Y Poptys.I went in for a Belgium bun today, there wasn't any on the shop floor, the man went somewhere to find me my sweat treat, and delivered it back to the counter where he held a wonderful conversation, he really understands about the small things in life.

Very disappointed with the cakes I bought. Brownie was nothing like a Brownie, more like a rocky road and the cream cakes I later found to contain synthetic cream not fresh.

Bought cream doughnuts from here and they were stale! The bakery is not one of the best and quite a lot of the food is just not pleasant. I’ve stopped shopping here

Lovely little bakery in Aberaeron. We always have a pasty, I would highly recommend the lamb and mint. There is also a great selection of bread and cakes.
Visit here every time we are in Aberaeron on holiday. The giant cornish pasties are absolutely delicious and we always get a filled baguette and a sausage roll to take with us for the journey home.

Amazing little bakery and such good prices I cannot fault it!Cornish pasties are so tasty!You have to restrain yourself here, believe me!Would recommend to anyone passing.The waterfront is just around the corner with ample seating to enjoy your delights with a scenic view.

Visited "y Popty" this week in the centre of Aberaeron. I suggest you try their "Cornish Pastie" equivalent, absolutely brilliant, great customer service from Jonathan, a Baker and a very impressive display in the shop of their products. Then eat the takeaway in the park opposite . Congratulations to this great advert for Aberaeron.
