Often call here for drinks/snacks/meals when we take the grandkids to the feed the ducks. Always get a friendly and pleasant welcome by everyone. Meals/snacks have also been excellent. Ok it may need a bit of a refurb but I'm not there to look at the decor!

After a lovely walk in the country park we called in for a coffee and slice of cake. Lovely surroundings and as there is sparse places to have a coffee this was highly welcomed by the family. Fair prices and polite staff. Appreciated they allowed our dog to sit in too especially as it was raining. We enjoyed this little cafe so much we visited twice. Nice and clean not to mention lovely and warm too. Highly recommend.

Good food and service was fine. Main issue is the restaurant needs a bit of tlc and they need more staff - when we were there it was a 40 minute wait for food.

Staff member could not be bothered. We arrived at 3.15, didnt close until 4. No greeting just an offer of drinks in a paper cup as it was closing soon and she didnt want to clean up the cups!Didn't bother in the end so sales lost.
Very disappointing, turned up at 15:15hrs, sign outside said it was open until 16:00hrs, Google says 16:30hrs. Asked for food menu, no food, asked if they did Afternoon Tea, no!! It's 15:20hrs, prime tea time for gods sake! Sign outside says afternoon tea!!!Surly service, ordered two coffees, asked if that was it, I said yes but bought the last slice of cake on impulse, because I was hungry, server huffed as she'd already rung up for the coffee.Such a shame, as area is stunning but paid £2 to park and then £10 for two coffees and the last slice of dry cake! Won't bother stopping here again.

Great little cafe. Friendly staff. Best veggie and vegan sausage rolls around. All day breakfast is spot on too. Good outside seating to enjoy the views with parking (pay) at Craig y Nos cp (till 5pm)
