xmas day.3 of us attended.we were told that we hadnt prebooked our meals so we would have to have whatever food was there despite paying 30 pounds each deposit each.we couldnt have starters.we could have desert but would have to pay another 30 pounds each.we declined desert.we were kept waiting for an hour.wheb food arrived we had to have beef which was very nice.however staff ignored us as if we were troublemakers.we heard the kitchen staff slagging us off.shame as id always liked peppers previously.they also did the same to an elderly couple and told them to eat their deserts and leave the table by 2pm despite plenty of room in the reataurant.terrible way to treat paying guests.we wont be returning there again

Really good food, good service but I've taken a star off because there was very little choice of beer. Most beers on the menu weren't available. Otherwise, a great night.

We go to this establishment every Christmas Eve. This year the experience was awful. New owners. Wish I knew this before we went. Took our food order, 4 meals. I ordered the festive roll with pigs in blanket. Three meals arrived. I asked where mine was. To be told they don’t serve turkey Christmas eve! I was left with no food! This surly should have been told to me when I ordered my food! They were not even apologetic. Awful experience and will never use this place ever again

Been to this restaurant many times a and always had a good food and waitress service always good as well. The problem this time was the lack of heating. We couldn't have staid there without our coats on.

Service was very slow, menu a shambles, place not that clean. Waited ages for a roll, after waiting ages for a tea. Table not clean, salt and pepper covered in stains. Poor

Cosy and welcoming, lovely coffee, great selection of cakes and pastries, will return, and upon our return we discovered a large area through to the rear,it's like a tardis!! The food being served looked amazing too, will return again!!

Bitterly disappointed in the food, waited an hour to be served pre theatre meal. Couldn't eat the kebab , totally flavourless and greasy. Serve was very poor that being said waiter was OK but new owners were rude . Really sad that they haven't kept up the goid name of Peppers

I've frequented this restaurant on several occasions. The breakfast is consistently outstanding, and the coffee is excellent. The staff is courteous, and the owners are exceptionally friendly and approachable. The Persian cuisine I recently tried stands out as the best in Wales. The location, overall ambiance, and the availability of a great upstairs area for events contribute to its remarkable appeal.

Went here for the first time a few weeks back for a Sunday dinner here, was asked if we wanted the large dinner so me and the other half had a large and the little one a regular.Well all 3 meals looked pretty much the same size so not sure where our large was?Food was nice enough but I would have preferred mash over new potatoes, not sure if that was an option, really needed more gravy as one gravy boat between us wasn't exactly enough so had to ask for more and also had to ask for the mint sauce that was supposed to come with the lamb option.Staff were nice enough and we weren't waiting long for anything sat quickly at our table (booked in advance) order was taken quickly food at the table a few minutes later and payment was sorted quickly at the end of it all.Place was really busy mind around the lunc time mark.I'd probably go back but definitely wouldn't be paying for a large again as it definitely didn't appear any different to a normal.

Nice little cafe, staff are ok, friendly enough. Food is freshly cooked. Priced aren't cheap- £12 for a main meal.Pie had very little meat and the meat it did have was just fat and gristle so I wouldn't order it again. Chips are big and chunky which again isn't to my taste.Advertised as kids eat free which is great however when I went to pay I was told its only one child eats free...so paid £6.95 for a child's meal that's was 1 turkey Dino, small potion of chips and beans so definitely not a cheap and reasonable place ro eat. I'd probably try elsewhere next time.
