I moved away from Aberdare 30 years ago. Myself and my family are all from this once beautiful town and have many fond memories of this restaurant. I'm currently back in Aberdare visiting family and went to Servinnis restaurant thi morning. I found it was so depressing and tatty inside. All prices plastered over the walls, the decor was so archaic I couldn't wait to leave. For goodness sake, can't you implement some vibrancy and positive decor change to make it a restaurant that's looks and feels inviting rather than one that looks as though its on its last legs. Times have moved on since the 70's. I feel as though this place is about to be dismantled and rebuilt in St Fagans Welsh Heritage museum. There was one coffee shop in Commercial Street that looked quite vibrant, bright and modern. Please change things and more will come to you.

Neat little café in the town centre. The café has been established for a very long time, which shows in the narrow staircase leading to the upstairs rest room. The menu is typical of a café with typical prices. Although there is also a small salad bar from which you can choose your own items. The café delivers, since COVID-19, which often results in delays in serving on site customers, which is a little disappointing.

I’m a regular Saturday morning online customer. I just wanted to write to say that this is my weekly treat and the best breakfast. I always order the All Day Breakfast with fried bread, beans and an extra sausage (the dog gets a treat). It’s always beautifully cooked and warm when delivered. Lovely fresh ingredients. Never fails. Thank you

Very traditional British old style cafe. Huge menu. Nice, friendly staff.Decent quality breakfast for a really good price (sausages could've been a bit better). The milkshakes were amazing.Would recommend for somewhere for lunch or brekkie in Aberdare.
