This was my no.1 go to for chips and any thing crispy. The only place I'd order from in aberdare unless an Indian. Not after tonight. Got sent cold soggy food. Could hear arguing in the back about what could be wet. All of it as it was covered in cold condensation. Waited over an hour and had to argue about a refund. P*** poor in comparison to what it used to be. Very disappointed.

POLICE AND TRADING STANDARDS CALLED!!! STOLEN MONEYAbsolutely disgusting!! My partner ordered food, they took his money but did not deliver his food, called restaurant was hurled abuse over the phone by the man, He refused tp give him his money back!! AVOID THIS PHONEY KEBAB RESTAURANT!!

Got totally ripped off when they decided not to deliver Hirwaun because of the road works and was promised a full refund. Its been over a week and I've had nothing, I'll not be buying here ever again.

Late Sunday night: After 1 hour 10 mins (we live very close) waiting for our food, I called the restaurant and was told that the food was leaving now. I asked why it was delayed and the person I spoke to said 'You're not the only person in Aberdare'. I said I won't be ordering from there again and he said 'That will make me very happy'. Terrible, rude staff. Poor service. It used to be really good here. One of the best in Aberdare. Something has obviously changed. Ridiculous. AVOID

Rude , aggressive staff . Very poor experience . Went there 8 years ago , same thing . Tried again tonight , same attitude. I felt like I should of not asked for food but thats what they do . Please stay away . Bad experience
Had food from there loads of times' normally the best' not happy about dispite their min spend' they charge u on top' they charge me extra £1.50' cos u gotta spend £12 something' Discusting to charge extra' always order same' normally they good' last one was awful' tonight's was ok but i normally order a small mixed donner' tonight i ordered a large mixed donner but it was smaller than my small mixed' so felt ripped off' an when u ring' they dont talk good English so dont always understand'

This used to be my favourite takeaway restaurant in Aberdare. The food was incredible, delivery was quick and the staff were friendly. Things have changed. Big time. On more than one occasiom recently, I have ordered food here and been left feeling insulted and angry by the ridiculous attitude of the staff. Its bad enough that I have had to chase the orders up because of the long wait (1.5 hours plus). Then, being spoken to like a child by the aggressive, rude staff is unnecessary and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. The food is reasonable if it ever gets to you. The service is horrendous and has gone down hill dramatically in the last year or so. Terrible

This is the second time I've ordered now usually we order from another local but today thay were closed so I went back to sfc so much more flavour and more generous and it's safe to say I'm not going back to my local being Turkish myself and used to London quality food is amazing you must try

I used to rate this place quite highly but after tonight’s food we won’t be returning, chicken shish the smallest Iv ever had with hardly any salad and just thrown in the carton, really poor quality
