Phenomenal. The food was absolutely incredible. I had the sea bass fillet and the taste, quality, presentation and portion size were absolutely spot on. The food arrived in good time and although not cheap, you absolutely get what you pay for! Great quality food and wine and the staff were really friendly.Would absolutely visit again.

Food adequate, portions small and service acceptable until the ‘accident’.My 10 month old grandson was almost the victim of a catastrophic negligence oversight. The incompetent staff did not assemble the high chair offered correctly. The chair collapsed with him strapped in it.Fortunately, his head didn’t hit the floor but the shock upset him and the 12 other members of the party. I was particularly traumatised. Things were made worse by the staff, who seemed concerned “Oh dear how awful, it’s never happened before”.Off course there was no “So sorry”, as that would be admitting fault. When I spoke tearfully to the manager, I offered the only cash on me £50 towards upgrading the high chair, so as to reassure me that a safer option be considered. The Lady declined my generous gesture, with the “we’re really tight on space” response and still no apology. No liability admission, legal proceedings to begin 26/02/2024.If you buy the cheapest IKEA furniture, follow the assembly instructions before giving it to customers.

Our third time here and it’s always very very good. Lovely atmosphere, relaxed but switched on. Whilst starters and mains were good the whiskey bread and butter pudding with marmalade ice cream was sensational!

This is a gem! if you're in the vicinity book a table, I have rarely eaten a better meal in an independent restaurant, the scallops were amazing, and the service was friendly and with care. I will be back!

Women on reception and restaurant... Looking like 25 years on prison....No thanks... Breakfast ok... Welsh
Possibly the best restaurant in Aberdovey. The swordfish was delicious. Vegetarian curry was very good. Nice indoor seating. Great service. On busy days you’ll need to reserve well in advance as it does fill up.

Dined here on a Monday evening with 6 friends following a day's golf at Aberdovey. We all like our food and were somewhat peckish. The restaurant was quite busy but the service and quality of food did not disappoint. Staff were attentive and friendly and quality of food, without exception, was excellent and reasonably priced. A very enjoyable experience. Diolch yn fawr.
