Very rude lady at counter,disgusting attitude. Customer service skills were nil,was a greggs regular but not after this service,obviously unhappy in her job as that was actually second encounter with her,as a older woman she should be leading by example at the desk.

Standard Greggs. Nice breakfast rolls. They open the shop and have the lights on then berate you for walking in when it’s their opening hours? A rather unpleasant attitude.
