order took ages. food was completely cold. portions smaller than other local chinese takeaways. chicken and cashewnuts hardly had any chicken in it was all onions. Also was charged another £1 delivery by the delivery man as well as the £2.50 charge already paid plus the 50p service charge already paid. this used to be a great Chinese but has gone downhill so won't be ordering again

Horrible service waited over an hour for food for an item not to turn up with it, when I rang I asked them to bring it and they said they will add on to my next order … this was a treat so I said no I want what I paid for she then huffed down the phone at me and said she will tell the driver to bring when they get back it’s now been half hour and still have not got what I asked

My wife ordered a special fried rice and chowmain on sat .takeaway I opened it up and it was a nasty smell coming from the special fried rice it was the meat gone off I complained to the woman in the shop and she want off on one I had to throw it all out and order one from wok express which was fantastic .I will never order anything from go go wok again. £30 pounds in the bin please be aware

I used to order takeaway food from this Chinese for many years even though they didn't always get it right. But when they did, the food was fantastic until one day the person on the phone decided to play tricks with me and changed one of my regular dishes. When I realised what had happened I called and brought her attention to the fact that I had corrected her when she repeated my order back to me. I then had an irate chef offering to bring me the correct dish but with the condition that I don't order from them again. In essence, they deliberately got my order wrong, possibility because it is one they had intentions of discontinuing, but without coming clean about it, which I would have appreciated, they then punished me for it. So much for customer loyalty being rewarded and appreciated! More like a kick in the teeth for all it was worth to such rude, ungrateful and downright nasty excuses for human beings.
