The biggest fish I have ever had from a takeaway, big as the box! Just look at the attached photo for size!Chips was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. 10/10 from me!

Had a delivery off you on Friday & I’ve been ill ever since. The chips were like cardboard & the batter on the sausage was like rubber. Won’t be ordering from these again.

First time I have ordered from here and the last. The delivery driver called to say outside so went out expecting trouble parking ……. No one out there after a few minutes I called the driver back ..,,, no answer. They then call me to say they had a missed call from me and said they were sat down Tesco and had been given the wrong address. I explained where we were and the driver seemed to know after a while there was a knock at the door from a very apologetic driver. Sadly the food was stone cold by this point. My partner calls to complain to be told to F-off repeatedly and then hung up on.Called back to be further verbally abused and told to complain to just eat. Your customer service and attitude leaves much to be desired. When I looked at the fish it was very greasy with soggy batter by the time it got to us. Needless to say we won’t be back. If I could have left a 0 star rating I would have.

Stood by the counter for ten minutes. No one spoke to me. Asked if I could order something quick. We are busy bruv init....bad enough it's £15 minimum order by card. Had a kebab next door, served in seconds and they are busy

I ordered a burger which was nice, but I ordered large chips cheese and sauce and I think for £5.75 the portion was very small. Also it was swimming in the sauce, so much it was like soup. I phoned to complain. I thought i was quite polite and reasonable as i did say the burger was very nice and apologised for the negative feedback, but I said it's not expected to serve food like this swimming in sauce. The guy did not apologise and tried to say it was my fault for not requesting less sauce...I told him nowhere is it normal or expected to have so much sauce, to the point it is literally like soup. He said didn't have time to talk to me and is going to put the phone down. After he did, not wanting to waste food, I tried some and realised the "garlic" sauce was actually just mayo, which I don't like. So I called back and asked for a refund. The man refused, which violates my consumer rights as not only was it poor quality but it was not what I ordered. I will never order again, waste of money as cannot eat it. And the way they dealt with my complaint was atrocious. He basically called me a liar and was shouting and interrupting me. For this reason I won't order ever again.
