“Do NOT eat here, could not see that anything was home made, all basically taken from the freezer and straight into a frying pan. I am all for supporting local, but this was the worst meal I have ever eaten, please save your money. To add, when issues raised with staff, I was cut short and then recieved uncomfortable glares from staff.”
“We were recommended the druid inn and can't fault it, food was amazing and drinks choice too, hot food and plenty of it! Absolutely stuffed! Can't say a bad think about the place!”

“Excellent find for a traditional pub serving a fabulous range of cask ales (found using cask ale finder app). Friendly staff, live music going on in the little back room, sports on the TV and generally a great social vibe about the place.”

“Rummers Wine Bar is an absolute treasure. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm, relaxed atmosphere that perfectly balances rustic charm with modern comfort. The location by the river is unbeatable – especially in the summer, when the outdoor seating area is the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and watch the world go by.
The drinks selection is excellent – a great range of wines, craft beers, and local spirits, all served with knowledge and a smile. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about your experience. On weekends, the live music creates a lively, buzzing vibe without ever feeling overcrowded.
It’s easily one of the best spots in Aberystwyth. Can’t recommend it highly enough!”

“We were in search of a country pub to start off our weekend away in Aberystwyth, and came across Y Ffarmers whilst trailing through a long google search. The pictures inticed us initially, and as we looked at the website it mentioned it was family friendly, which was just what we wanted so we knew that we could also bring the kids along too.
What a find!!! We were so pleased with the lovely hamlet setting, gorgeous decor and charming outdoor seating area, complete with fairy lights!!
The staff were welcoming and friendly, also understanding that we had three young kids with us (one being a busy 2 year old). They made us feel really appreciated even though there were lots of other tables to tend to!
The menu was fantastic! My husband has celiac disease and quite often we find there not much gluten free choice, but as explained to us, nearly everything on the menu is home made and mostly gluten free! We were amazed, and the food did not disappoint. We all absolutely loved our meals, including all 3 kids. We left with 5 empty plates, and full bellies.
I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something that offers it all! What a lovely place !!”
