The servers, food and displays were all lovely. Great service. I loved my chicken baguette. I do have to say that the owner/manager ruined it all with her rude behavior to the staff hurrying them and snapping at them. She needs to learn how to talk to people. It ruined the start of my lunch.

Great little gem to have a place to eat or just ice cream ? staff pleasent and patient.Great food choices to from tapes of bread, flavours of ice cream, and selection of cold and hot drinks also.Happy to warm baby bottle up ?Fairly priced £22 for 2 baguettes, and 2 large ice creams.selection of scoops size from 1/2, cone or tub, and kids ice cream for £2.50 two small scoops.

One word RUBBISH. This was our go to place to grab a bite to eat at dinner time, well no more. The portion sizes have decreased considerably (never used to be able to finish a whole baguette and would take half home for later) unfortunately this is not reflected in the price almost £19 for 2 baguette a coffee a water and a fake fruit shoot. The staff are not friendly and don’t seem to know what they are doing. Despite the fact all the food is ready prepared it took upwards of 10 minutes to make our baguettes. Son in law also ordered a burger and was told they were too ‘short staffed’ to do one! We were the only customers in the shop and there were 4 members of staff!! I can’t believe the decline in this little sandwich shop it’s such a shame but we shan’t be going there again

We pop-in and collect some sandwiches for full family. It was very freshly and attractive. We love all.

Always make a point off coming here when we are in town. Amazing food and cakes.

Super little cafe and the artisan bread was yummy and so was the cake. Exceptionally clean cafe as well which is rare and impressed us.

Ludicrous price for a baguette (£5.90) with hardly any filling. 5 tiny pieces of chicken and a slither of coleslaw. They used to fill the baguettes to the brim but now you are left still hungry. Very disappointing!

Had a beautiful salad. The owner was concerned we might be cold so came to shut the doors. Great food and service! Highly recommended
Very nice, a choice of normal or rustic bread etc and ample filling.

I have been visiting Sparatacus for many years and am most disappointed that the last few times i have been they seem to be scrimping on baguette fillings i hardly had any cheese in my baguette and a bit of coleslaw, when paying over £5 for a baguette i atleast expect there to be a good amount of filling in there.

Fresh baguettes and a family must when we visit Aberystwyth. Looking forward to our next BLT or Prawn based servings.
