Staff very friendly. All home made food.Didn't book but got a table 20min wait for food but they did tell us before we sat down. Good easy going vibe about the place will definitely go back for

Went in without a reservation. Chap behind the bar said that there would be a slight wait as they were busy. Found us a table, ordered our food and drinks. A bottle of water was also provided. Food came after a very small wait, I ordered the steakhouse burger and my daughter had the pork burger. Both come with chips, I upgraded to the salt and spiced chips. It was done to perfection, probably one of the best burgers that I had in many years. Prices were good, and they had an extensive range of ales and ciders, but I was driving.

The food here is absolutely amazing, delicious and full of flavour, I've had the chicken in a basket from here and recently had the swiss burger (after the burger I asked for was out of stock and the server recommended the swiss burger), and both dishes cooked to perfection so much so I asked them to pass on my compliments to the chef. I'd also highly recommend the homemade ice tea if you're an ice tea fan or a tea drinker otherwise they have a great drinks selection all from local and nearby businesses, they also have a large range of coffee for the coffee lovers too. You'd be crazy not to visit here for food and it's always a pleasant place to visit.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs leading up to the front door but does have a step once you reach the doors, the ground floor has room for wheelchairs.

My favourite thing about Blue Sky is the atmosphere of the place, really light and lovely to spend lots of time in. Great coffee, food, and drinks and events there. The staff are great, although some are young and potentially still a bit shy. I really love it here and tell everyone about it. It's the best hidden gem of Bangor and you wouldn't believe it's on the high stree.

Really disappointing visit, heavily pregnant, and got put to sit on bar stool. Finally moved, and when drinks arrived, both coffees were cold, chips arrived cold. Ordered a rice bowl and asked for salad dressing to be on the side, which they said could be done but arrived all over the food. Also asked for a jug of water three times to two members of staff who said they would get it, but it never arrived. It wasn't busy so there was no excuse for this really found the staff were too busy talking between themselves! Such a shame as I usually love it here, but will not be returning any time soon! ?7

Really friendly staff served up a stunning full Welsh breakfast. Thick bacon, tasty sausages, homemade beans. Just yummy!! My wife had the avocado with chorizo and this was equally as good. Great little independent cafe.

This place is magical, when we walked down the alley way we could tell this was going to be great. On walking into the cafe you can’t fail to be hit by an amazing energy. Ollie who greeted us, who we thought was the owner was an amazing host, he must of owned his own cafe in the past. Nobody has this much enthusiasm unless they know how difficult it is to be a success in the hospitality industry. We ordered two Cortado coffee’s which were incredible and 2 burgers. The breakfast burger was possibly the great burger I’ve ever eaten. See you soon

Service awful need to train your workers.Been here a few times and customer service going down hill fast. The young blonde girl behind the bar clearly stressed didn't greet us just asked us to wait outside for 10 minutes despite downstairs not being busy and had three empty tables. Then after 15 minutes we were sat at one of those tables but it hadn't been cleaned. We then sat there for 30 more minutes while she ran around taking single drinks orders with no service or communication whatsoever. There was a family 2 parents with three kids occupying the two large middle tables with the youngest being allowed to freely walk on the table surfaces. As we walked out the young girl behind the bar didn't even apologise or acknowledge us.Awful experience with poor trained staff

Manager Ollie was very welcoming and chatty. Lovely cafe with great food. A surprise find hidden away on the main street. A must visit.

Absolutely amazing food. One of the best Buddha Bowls I've ever had. Really good Vegan and Gluten free options. The coffee is incredible. The staff seem lovely. Deffinitely going to be coming here weekly.

We usually go there one a week, and my daughter loves the scramble eggs here. My wife and I like the brunch options. Sometimes, service can be very slow, but they are very nice.

We visit the Blue Sky cafe every time we come back from a holiday on Anglesey because it's so good it keeps the post holiday blues away. Without a doubt, this is one of my favourite ever food spots. Everything (and there's vegan versions of almost everything) is wonderful, particularly the burgers. Had the steakhouse with Welsh blue cheese and creamy mushrooms - best yet ? staff are lovely and you really need to book or be prepared to wait for a table - it's worth it ?

What a find. Dog friendly and varied menu including loads of different drinks and gluten free. Friendly staff full of enthusiasm for what they do. Wish we lived nearer!
