Overall Experience - a lot of variety of cakes and beverages to select from. Aroma of coffee is amazing1. Cake - too sweet, portion is small, falls apart easily2. Hot chocolate - whipped cream is nice, mixes well with hot chocolate, too milky for me3. Service - friendly staff4. Serving time - 15 mins5. Affordability - affordable6. Atmosphere - clean

This is unacceptable.I'd asked for a medium hazelnut latte with cream. When the person behind the counter placed my latte on the counter I told him that he had forgotten the cream.Instead of putting the latte in a bigger mug he'd asked the other person that was with him to put cream on top.You can see by the photo the coffee had over flowed.I won't be going back there any soon.

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, hence I'm in there most days! ?

Just like yours and many other, coffee is inevitable to me as well. I used to love the green booster but it's shame that they don't do it anymore. But they do something for which Nero deserves a compliment. Yes, special caramel latte. If you haven't, then it's worth a try.And a special thanks to my brother Shafwan - ( @Shaf.1 ) who gave me warm welcome.Vegetarian options: availableParking: You may need to park a bit far from the caffeKid-friendliness: Yes it is kid friendly caffeWheelchair accessibility: Yes you can

Rubbish service by a totally incompetent student worker (who had a weird accent and was difficult to understand). Ordered a large cappuccino and a tea with a friend, they got the order mixed up. Even after correcting the student (who had a weird accent and was difficult to understand) he got mixed up again and gave us the wrong drinks.I will never go here again.

Not a coffee drinker, have allergy to coffee but they serve my favourite chai latteVegetarian options: They let you know what you are gettingDietary restrictions: Being diabetic I asked for my tea not to have sugar added.

Good coffee, just needs more attention from the staff in regards to cleaning tables. There were 2 staff and no customers at one time and the tables really needed a wipe down and the coffee mugs taking away.

Had a delightful lunch at Caffè Nero! Their ice latte was refreshingly smooth, a perfect summer pick-me-up. The mascarpone & mushroom sandwich was a delightful surprise, the creamy cheese complemented the savory mushrooms beautifully. A scrumptious combination, highly recommended!Parking: It’s on the high street, so you can park in the car park above the high street or find free street parking on the streets near by

Wanted an ice drink given the fact it’s so hot. Charlie asked me what I’m into and that was translated in his brain to a perfectly bespoke iced latte for me. Not only that, he was extremely polite, professional and patient! Thank you!

This is an incredible building and they’ve a great job with decoration. It has a classic 1930s vibe with long windows, high ceilings and wooden floor boards. It’s a Nero and the coffee is lovely. I like an Oat Latte. It’s strong, velvety and £4! They usually make it well.Love this cafe. I know it’s a chain but it’s one of the best in town tbh.

A nice place to grab a coffee. It was rather loud in here so may not be ideal for everyone.

The McDonald's of coffee - ie you will always get what you expect to get from one establishment to another. Of all the high street coffee shops, Nero has the best coffee - it actually has flavour! Toastie was a little floppy rather than toasty, but really tasty for fast food.
