Good service.Changes for the better over the past year, have left a friendly staff, speedy service, and a nice atmosphere in the store. Cleanliness is good too. It could do with a bit of a revamp though, as it's looking a bit tired in places inside. I would recommend all in all though.

lovely experience, mainly wanted to write this review about the man that served me, he was so nice and and very friendly, he absolutely made our day, he had glasses, his hair was styled to the side and he had a beard :)

their coffee machine broke but the girl on the till made me a delicious strawberries+cream frappe and drew a smiley face on it that i only just saw and its really made my day. i hope everyone there has a lovely day!!

Giving this place 2 stars for the reason of the poor customer service from the females that work there. Me and my partner come to costa 4 to 5 times a week and every time we enter the women are very miserable and not very welcoming hardly speak to you about your order never smile and always sighing due to they’re jugs running out of milk also some of them bickering towards eachother thankfully they’re was a Welsh man there who took it upon himself to serve me after waiting 10 minutes for the women very dissatisfied in the customer service though this place needs more staff that are happy with what they’re doing.

The workers are absolutely amazing they are always kind and very nice, they are willing to listen to me when I didn't know what to get and even gave me recommendations. The food isn't the best but that's because it comes pre packaged but the drinks are very good

I have been visiting this costa for the last few months and the staff blow me away they are so friendly and helpful Maria is one the most hardworking and friendly barristas around and Theo also. The introduction of the new manager to the store is perfect.

Been going to Costa for a good few years now. Today was one of the worst visits yet, by far. Granted a que is a que, but the young woman behind the counter was so fustrated and aggressive it was hard to watch. Pulling faces and rolling her eyes behind employees back, it was quite busy which can be stressful. The barista was doing his best to be promt with orders and she was telling him to stop banging and if he can hurry up. A older women, which i have seen working there for ages was trying to help her out and she was just being stubborn in her ways and persisting that she knew what she was doing. Shame really and had to leave a review because it rubbed me the wrong way. Ill stay visiting Caernarfon Costa from now on, unfortunate.
