This KFC is now permanently closed. Clearly some of the reviews below are of a different branch as they refer to the drive through but this branch was on a pedestrianised section of the High Street so, for obvious reasons, has never had a drive through.

The experience was terrible I ordered two oreo krushms and received 2 chocolates milkshake because the girl had shut the machine of all I wanted was to drink of the supple nipples of the krushms machine and all I got was chocolates milkshake it was mildy revolting I had chicken aswell but don't get me started on that it was the worst fast food experience of my life I cried like a child all night like it was my fault somehow but my mental health team says it wasn't I'm glad to say I got over this within a couple weeks but as Sandra says its not to forget but to realise you are a bigger man for getting thru that

It was really bad experience. Uncooked chicken and chicken wings were red inside with blood pooping out. Never had such a bad kfc experience anywhere .

The food was cracking. The guy out the back is in charge, the newbie, bless him, messed up a few orders. The tables weren't too clean but the toilet was. The atmosphere was OK coz there was reggae music out front. It's a chicken shop on the High Street - the chicken was good - what more do you want?..

If you want quick food I wouldn't advise here... waited over an hour for food tonight while watching cars come and go through the drive through absolutely ridiculous how they priorities drive through customers . Their was some people waiting for 1hr 30 with kids and nobody was told there was a long waiting time..

What a joke, we ordered a family bucket and when we got to open the bag it was not what we asked for. Family bucket was suppose to have 4 portion chips and 6 pieces of chicken. WELL, we had 2 spice wings (cold) a burger, which we could not identify what it was, a carton of beans, and 2 portion chips. How can a chicken fast food joint, not have any chicken !!!!!!! We did not ask for anything spectacular just basic chicken pieces and fries. TOTAL DISGRACE. We are of the view we had been given what was lying around at the time. KFC you are a JOKE!!!!! Please take note- keep well away.

An absolute joke. We placed an order for a sharing bucket and waited 20 minutes watching other customers come in after us and get served with their food. When we enquiried how much longer it would be, we were told ANOTHER 30 minutes as they didn't have enough chicken to fulfil our order. They would have, had they not served all those coming in after us and prioritising the drive through customers. What's worse is the way they handled the situation when we complained and asked for a refund. Clearly couldn't care less. I asked the barely out of school lad if I could speak to the manager and he said there wasn't one. This is not the first time we've experienced very slow and poor service. Won't be going back any time soon. Its not all the employee's fault, they're all very young and clearly don't have the training to deal with a "rush" of 5 customers in an hour. (his words)
The floor and tables filthy, asked the staff to wipe the table they reluctantly spray a cleaner and wiped half one table we where a party of six and had three tables ,bins where full ,will never go there again absolute rubbish in every respect

Went for a family take away meal. Arrived home and realised that they forgot all the side orders! Spent 40 quid and no sides. I would reccomend all customers to check orders/bags before departing the restaurant. Obviously can't cope with the demand during busy periods.

The food is always good but the problem is the place is always dirty the floor is disgusting and the tables aren’t always clean. There is a massive queue always and there is a massive crowd waiting to get their food. There is only 1 toilets and you have to ask the cashier to get the key to open the door ?. And the bin is always full

Absolutely shocking length of wait for order. Staff seemed clueless, no customer service skills, will not visit here again for food, will go Holyhead KFC next time which is 25milea further but be quicker than waiting!
