Hotel was comfortable and the hotel service was good but the service in the attached restaurant was poor. I was left for about 10 mins at the sign which said "wait to be seated". Staff who walked past me but we're serving didn't acknowledge me. Same for the bar staff who were not serving, made no attempt to assist. When I was served a received the wrong order. Instead of an apology, the response, "did you not want that". When the order was corrected I still did not get an apology. Mistakes can be made but a little courtesy wouldn't go amiss.

Well,staff very friendly and helpful and welcoming, first impressions very good. Booked meal deal and they had time to chat why we were visiting and were we was heading. Basically couldn't do enough for us.Rooms: Very clean and tidy, no issues at all.

Really worth upgrading to their premium rooms for better facilities and nicer decor. In this particular branch they are the only rooms to offer air conditioning currently so if you need it, book them.

Food is bad. I mean I wish I did not order. You can eat but anything I am doing home prep in 5 min would be tastier. Price is ok but, I guess it is way cheaper at home. Service is excellent .

Visited Bangor for my son’s badminton session and used Premier Inn for 1 night. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy and kettle included for a cup of tea. There is a pub right next to the Premier Inn serving standard pub food however we were too tired to go there. So ordered a pizza instead and stayed in. Very close to the city centre and Bangor University was around 3 miles away. Would definitely visit again.
