I had breakfast on 2 days and also booked the Sunday lunch The food was excellent, piping hot with a good choice to choose from. My wife is gluten, wheat and dairy free which always course's a problem, she had a lovely choice of food. The staff we're excellent, over worked though. The only thing that was awful was the noise with loud music and a birthday party. The restaurant was very clean, likewise the toilets, hand sanitizer was also available.

Staying next door, we had a meal here bank hol Monday end of August, sat outside with a nice pint of Coors. We ordered not what we originally wanted, as the 2 for £9.49 was not on as a bank hol Monday, so why put the advertising board outside advertising it, then in the smallest possible writing in the t&c's saying not on bank holiday's. What we had was very tasty, hot and came quickly, would eat here again if we stay next door again.

Very disappointed . The man greeting us at the door was lovely. The woman taking the orders didn’t look too happy or enthusiastic . The nachos were awful to be honest. £5.99 and £1.99 for chilli on top. The chilli was tepid warm. I couldn’t be bothered complaining as it was all quite bad and disappointing . Very small portion. The bbq combo was bad too. Cold watery sweetcorn , anaemic sausages ( they were hot though?) awful salad and an average burger. Please don’t waste your money… it’s not cheap either. Did not enjoy it at all.

Note : incorrect advertisement, it’s not “unlimited breakfast buffet” it’s a table service and minimum waiting/serving time is 30 minutes, also poor customer services, limited choice of food.unbelievable

Thursday 25th August - Hotel usual average standard but let down by poorly delivered, and often cold, food in the restaurant. Must say however, the Restaurant Manager went over the top to try and resolve problems and didn't get phased by my complaints, Premier Inn should be looking to promote somebody of this calibre

We had dinner here twice and breakfast once while we stayed at the hotel. We really enjoyed the dinners and a cheeky Mojito, the breakfast was ok. Friendly staff, atmosphere good and the air conditioning was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this restaurant while staying at the hotel. The meals we had was beef & ale pie, cheese burger, lasagne and chicken korma. Partner highly recommends the beef & ale pie.

My partner and I dined here on Friday 5th August 2022 after a visit to Bangor and the pier. We hadn’t booked in advance but were promptly found a table. We were asked by the waitress, as soon as we sat down, if we would like to order a drink. I asked if she could give us a minute to decide and she went away but didn’t come back, so we waited and waited. Some of the staff were walking past and ignoring us when we tried to summon them over. We managed to attract the attention of a gentleman waiter by the name of Ian and he promptly took our drinks order. For a change, I had a Mojito (I usually have a Pimms). We waited once again for somebody to come and take our food order, but to no avail when trying to catch their attention. Again, it was Ian who came over and apologised as he thought we had already ordered. Ian then continued to serve us and we found him to be a lovely helpful waiter. We had ordered two glasses of Cabinet Sauvignon but they didn’t have any. Ian recommended a Shiraz, which was beautiful. For our main meals I had the beef and ale pie and my partner had gammon steak with a side of cheese garlic flatbread. Both meals were delicious. For desserts, I had the Cadbury sundae and my partner had the Eton Mess sundae, which were once again delicious. Finally, I had a double espresso and my partner had a cappuccino – both were perfect. We will definitely eat here again the next time we go to Wales and probably go out of our way if we are not in the Bangor area.

Visited here on way home from Anglesey as we had eaten here previously whilst staying at the attached Premier Inn. 4 adults and 4 kids. We were served by Ian who we asked about the various offers we had been sent: 25% off the food bill and kids eat for £1 as we found it confusing. He agreed that the various deals were confusing but assured us that he would work out which worked best for us. True to his word at the end he presented us with the bill that included a significant discount on the overall cost. Food was decent and what we expected so overall a very good visit.

We have just arrived back from our visit to Parc Brittania Restaurant. What a wonderful experience! We were greeted by Medwyn with a warm greeting, lovely smile and seated on a table with plenty of room, clean and admired a wonderful ambience. We were presented with menus and left to make our choices of food and drink. Aga took our drinks order. The drinks were presented correctly. Lovely and cold, fresh and careful. Aga took our order for food. We asked about the promotion on burgers. We were informed that this was correct and were supplied with all the information that we required. Whilst eating our burgers and fish pie we were asked by Sam, if everything was ok? We assured her that everything was wonderful thank you. Sam was attentive and lovely. We finished our meal. Medwyn asked if we would like desserts and gave us a little time to decide. Sam returned and took our order. Medwyn served our desserts with his professionalism and attentive way that came so naturally. My goodness me! Such wonderful service!!! We were all blown away. Wonderful food and wonderful staff. A real rare commodity these days. Needless to say! We will be returning. Thank you to you all! The Haines Family
