“Had the Kings coronation afternoon tea delivery. Excellent quality home made cakes and scones. Lovely fresh sandwiches . Superb value for money . Highly recommend!”
“Decided to have fish & chips here based on previous TripAdvisor reviews. We accepted that because of its popularity that we would have to queue. The owner, very sensibly, asked us whilst in the queue what we would be ordering. A good move to ensure that fish & pie stocks were there ready & waiting for us. Managed to get a table….ok, so it was a bit ‘rough & ready’ but that’s what we were expecting. Hot and tasty food although I do wish they wouldn’t microwave the pies!! Good value and a good place to stop, especially inside to avoid the extremely annoying gulls!”
“Great selection and the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. I spent hours just chatting about music and loved every second. Bought everything I wanted at reasonable prices. I cannot recommend this wonderful place enough, and before you think I am related to anyone involved with the shop, I am not. I am just a very, very happy customer.”
“Had a lovely bite to eat today with my son and dog. Friendly staff, quick service and the dog loved the fuss! Need to go more often :)”
“Lovely, good value breakfast. Can be noisy with all the workers but still a nice atmosphere.”
“Been to a few Cadwaladers and the ice cream is always excellent. Today was no exception.Mint choc chip is still my favourite though the pistachio is a very close second.”
“Love this place and go a couple of times a week to relax. Staff are always happy and friendly. Their coffee is always good ☺”
“Fab food and the people working were lovely even though they were rushed off their feet. Lots of customers dining in and ordering takeaways.”
“A great place to get your daily cooked, fresh pasties and cakes. The coffee is lovely and with the app you get rewards too ?”
“We stopped in for the pancakes and weren't disappointed, they were brilliant! Made by hand, they were just right. The Lavazza coffee was also good.Situated on Barry promenade, Bay 5 is small but has excellent views and I found it to be very relaxing to eat, drink coffee and enjoy the views over the Bristol Channel.”
