Thought we give it another try and I'm afraid from the unhelpful staff member to the dirty tables and chairs which had to clean ourselves this has become very poor standards over the last few weeks. Coffee cups have not been available in over 2 weeks and only available in takeaway needless needs dramatic improvement otherwise will not survive with these standards

Staff in coffee shop are lively so friendly but customer service is awful. Phone is unavailable online form is OK till you come to dob and time. Their format is terrible don't make sense. Live chat is not working I've just about given up Starbucks here i come

Nice coffee. Good service but the shop looks tired and worn and doesn't feel very clean. Furniture is old and worn and surroundings rather dated. In need of a facelift.Dietary restrictions: Very poor selection of gluten free food. A few cakes but no savoury options at all. Needs improving. Too much attention paid to vegans and vegetarians and not enough to those people with food allergies

Had a nice pot of tea whilst being warm inside.Kid-friendliness: They don't mind if young kids play up and make noise as kids will be kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance has double doors that can open completely with no steps so easily accessible for wheelchair uses with assistance from the public holding the doors open.
