Will NEVER!!! Give you all of your order. Even when there not busy. They somehow just stand around and don't look busy and if you complain, I have actually had a staff member roll there eyes and say dont come back then. The kushum machine is never on or working. They need to fire all staff including manager ? for all new and get your machines actually working.

Food is generally ok, chips are never hot enough but that's the company as a whole!This site miss off/forget items fairly regularly! Which is a serious problem when they NEVER!!!! answer their phone!!!!

The inside of the restaurant has had a re-fit in recent months and looks great, but already some of the display screens appear to be faulty or not working. You have the option of ordering by the touchscreens if your a bit short on time, or you can order at the counter. Speed of service however, is certainly not usually something they aspire to and I've seen customers waiting there for quite a while sometimes and don't even get acknowledged, or even an apology for the wait when they do eventually get served!Staff are usually friendly but again waiting for your order can take quite a while. This is usually due to the fact that the person serving at the front counter has to keep running to the kitchen to help prep food etc, so with just one person trying to do numerous tasks, understandably there is often a delay.With this shortage of staff in mind, sometimes you will find tables not cleared/tidied unfortunately.Food is mediocre at best and often is only just warm, but despite this the food does taste good.Drinks are not refillable and are all low sugar Pepsi products, so you won't find regular Pepsi there either.One thing that is very often apparent is that the restaurant is frequented by groups of young kids/teenagers who are noisy and boisterous, and management seem to be allowed this behaviour, so if you are expecting a nice quite half hour to eat your food, you may be out of luck...This restaurant features a drive-through which is quite popular, but queues are kept to a minimum.Would I recommend this restaurant? NoWith that said, if you go through the drive-through and sit in your car to eat, then it becomes a much nicer experience.Outdoor seating is also available.Parking: There is parking available for a time limited period. You do not need to register your vehicle in order to get free parkingWheelchair accessibility: Access to the restaurant has a power assisted door upon pressing the button. Tables and chairs are rather close together so you may find it a struggle getting past.There is an accessible toilet available, but you need a code to get to it. This is printed on your receipt.

Went through drive through tonight, was told the till was down this isn’t the first time it was down the other day too! Walked into the store and there was rubbish and food all over the place. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. A staff member behind the counter cooking was eating fries out the back. The car park bin looks like it hasn’t been emptied in weeks! Rubbish all over the car park! Last time we ordered food it had not been stored at the right temperature it was actually below what it is meant to be and they never have any rice boxes! Not a good repetition for such a big firm!Parking: The car park was full of rubbish

Over the last 4 years this place has really gone down hill. While I was delivering food for uber, I would end up waiting 20 minutes to an hour for a customers order. In that time people would constantly be coming into the restaurant after missing items from drive thru orders. The restaurant is ran by 16-25 year old's who aren't being trained correctly and the majority of the time are just sat outside smoking because the restaurant is never busy.its a big shame its gone this way as KFC was one of my favorite fast foods. Hopefully HR will get involved and sort the place out or it just closes all together..

I’m pregnant and had been so exited to order food from here..gathering it was a bit late I was hesitant that they’d have what I wanted to order but there it was so I had placed my order food for delivery and they had replaced items without even calling to let me know. I would have just cancelled it if I knew they didn’t have them. Update the Uber app if you haven’t got anything it isn’t hard. I’ve worked in fast food before with Uber eats it takes 2 minutes to remove an item from there.

All staff stood outside on their break, meaning I was waiting at the tanoy for 10+ minutes. Couldn't hear me over the tanoy and laughing at me for it. Poor attitude, half of my order is missing, charged me full price for it (can't check order as you're being rushed out of drive thru) and filled a LARGE meal drink up not even half way. Lazy attitude.

Well what an absolutely awful place. Visited here this evening as what tyler wanted for birthday treat. Place looks stinking dirty. No option on order boards to eat in. Girl behind counter was eating what appeared to be fries. Same girl picking spots on her face. No handwashing done after either. One bag of food sat on side for over 10 mins. After waiting 21 minutes for our order I asked for a refund as was ridiculous wait for 1 boneless bucket 1 zinger burger and 1 wrap meal to which the 'manager' told me they were short staffed to which I replied not my problem. Same unhygienic female staff member then chimed in to say it was ready only to attempt to give us the bag that had been sat there the whole time to which I said well I wouldn't accept that anyway as been sat there ages she replied its under the hot lights and I said no its not its on side near lights so won't be hot!!! Awful awful customer service will not return. Only putting 1 star as wont let me give 0
