We turned up they checked our booking off asked us to sit down and then gave our table away!!!! Awful customer service!!

The buffet food was very warm cooked and it tasted excellent in opinion.The service from the young lady and young man was also very good.It's good because you can choose which foods you want from the menu,instead of a help yourself buffet.

Went there last night. 1. Very poor value for money and poor quality food. It was Tasteless. 2. Service totally confused. Kept bring the wrong plates. 3. That is the last time we go. It has gone downhill steadily. To the point they should be paying us. 4. Whilst paying i watched young man putting candles in a cake. Birthday? He was moving the toppings ( chocolate?) about with his bare hands. Rubbing hands in clothing. This has to be a no go. Better to stop charging the public big bucks for very poor food and service. It was t even hit in some plates. E. G. Singapore noodles.

Had take away some weeks back which was below average. Thought I may have caught them on a bad night so gave it another go last night what a mistake all three meals were inedible and the bags of chips well there’s no way to describe how bad they were best thing that happened was putting it all in the bin

Came here for the first time with work friends; thought the food was gorgeous & the service was very fast. Came back this evening for my dads birthday, again the food was so delicious and service was super fast, it’s very clean there and the servers are very polite Would recommend, to sit in :-)
We've been coming here for years, and it used to be great! Lovely fresh tasty food, good atmosphere and decent prices. But now it's £18 each all you can eat, £16 for a bottle of £5 wine and £3 for a pint of coke or lemonade! The food isnt great, either far too salty or just bland. The crispy beef is the same as the bags you get from farm foods! The amount of duck you get is just about enough to fill one decent pancake, and if you order a prawn dish you get just 4 prawns. Had noodles that were just pure salt, they were almost black having been drowned in Soy sauce. Fried rice was just tasteless, the alleged pork was just tiny lumps of black and the chicken just white strips of tasteless mush! The waitress however, was great, but if you want to leave the waiting staff a tip, give it to them direct, otherwise they never get to see it. Sadly, won't be returning, as would rather pay for a taxi to a good sit down restaurant where it's about quality not just quantity.

Takeaway delivery. Just received our first new yangs delivery, unfortunately I won’t order from here again. The chicken curry was tasteless and very runny, chips hard. The popadoms were put in the same bag as the food and were just limp. The only positive is that the delivery was on time. Such a shame as I have heard so many good things, just wish I had read the first few Tripadvisor posts????

We travelled from Newport to pick up food from here as my husband thinks the ribs are the best in the world. I just think it was like all other Chinese takeaways, which was nice.
