Decent selection of dishes from a fish shop. Pleasant, clean environment. Service was good. Customers entitled to unlimited chips which will appeal to some. Fish was fine but I've tasted better chips.

Waited in a long queue for Barry's No1 chip shop as it advertised vegan options on the sign. As we got closer I saw that there was cross contamination, but thought I'd allow that. The kitchen floor however was covered in spilled food and when I aske what the vegan options were, it was pretty much chips, mushy peas, gravy or curry sauce....oh or a bread roll. We had the large chips. The portion was not very generous, although as it turns out they were very generous with the oil, you could actually squeeze the oil out of the chips. It's a shame as we chose it over the others simply for the advertised vegan options yet they have less than either Boofys or Marcos cafe which are either side of it. One to avoid.

Yesterday was the perfect day for an O'Sheas. We Sat outside in the sun taking in the lovely view, even though it was busy, the food came out quick and the lady serving was very polite.. and the quality of food was unbelievable. We both had Cod and chips and was probably the best fish and chips I've had. The curry sauce is a must as well! Loved it!

Had a late lunch here today with the family. Great food, friendly staff quick turn around from ordering. Would come here again.Kid-friendliness: Both our children were welcomed and treated with friendliness by staff. High chairs available. Kids meals seemed well priced.

Two fish and chips mushy peas with curry sauce and have to say they were the best fish and chips we’ve had in years. Polite staff when taking our order and helpful to us when having our meal bring the condiments to our table.Thanks everyone for making it a pleasant day out.

The food was all fresh and perfectly cooked. We were in a large party of nine and the staff dealt with us professionally and swiftly. Would thoroughly recommend the chip shop and will definitely be coming back.
