Worst food I’ve ever had, phoned to complain and asked for a refund. I was told I couldn’t have a refund and was offered a new meal. I explained I’d had it delivered as I couldn’t get there. £40 down the drain and no new food or refund. Do not use this place!

The staff are wonderful hear at the barry store always polite and helpful. Portions are not great but I understand its shop policy and they follow subways guidance. I see to many ppl placing negative things when I've never had an issue. If you have enjoyed your experience please take 2 mins to show your happy as we are all quick enough to moan. Thank you all for your service at barry store I've been using you for the last year and will continue to do so as long as the service stays the same. Well done to you all

I ordered a double turkey, double grated cheese salad - see picture below! No turkey, half grated cheese with some cheese slices slapped on and box not even a quarter full! Don’t waste your money!

The worst subway I have ever been to the staff are completely rude

Very bad service to start with and the staff was very rude. Had to say from the bread to fillings 3 times for each of us as the staff was not paying much attention. Had to repeat the same at the till and the staff kept entering and deleting the wrong selections. Kept many people waiting just to show they were doing great deal where as they were showing how inexperienced each of them were and had to deal with the staff's mean look throughout their service.

Don't order online from this subway. They literally get the order wrong every single time. Not once or twice but about 10 times. I ask for a subway with cheese, I even pay to add extra cheese, subway arrives with no cheese.I give up.Terrible service.

They really need to prioritise the customer standing in front of them instead of deliveroo orders. Its very frustrating, when you're stood there waiting to order and there is someone ignoring you making orders from a list from an online order right in front of you. Not even a bit of acknowledgement or a mention of "ill be right with you".Very rarely the staff look happy either (with the exception of one or two)

Been going here for a few weeks due to working in Barry, Portion sizes are always different depending who makes the salad depends how much meat and salad you get. I've had a few salads the last few weeks, however on monday 31st October 2022, I had a chicken and bacon salad and ended up getting food poisoning. It has knocked me for six and I won't be visiting for a while.

Unfortunately due to being coeliac I was hoping I could trust subway for their food. They went to the effort of swapping gloves when handling the gluten free bread, but made the mistake of handling non gluten free bread and then putting their hands in the salad, cross contamination at its finest. Having spoken to the manager he apologised and stressed that that shouldn't happen as one should be doing the salad and one the bread, however I watched it happen so have now been forced to not be able to trust the contamination in the salad from the bread. If I wasn't coeliac and had no cross contamination issues due to it making me ill then the food is great and would be rated higher.

My partner requested a salad with olives, gherkins and 2 slices of ham as this is what I had messaged him to pick up for me.When he got home he advised me that the service was really slow and he decided not to bother with ordering anything else as he couldn't be bothered to wait in the heat for anything else.When we looked at the 'salad' it was lettuce, sweetcorn, olives and gherkins and the ham, there was no cucumber and no tomato.What do they consider a 'salad' just lettuce?this is the second time my partner has been in the shop and he said it will be his last
