Highly recommend this gorgeous Tea rooms. Such a lovely spot for a delicious breakfast or brunch, it really made our trip. Suzanne and Bethan were so friendly and professional.

We had two pots of tea and a piece of Battenberg cake and a piece of chocolate cake. At the end we paid 15 pounds. The slice of Battenberg was very thin, the chocolate cake kind of broken. And just enough tea for two regular cups. I asked for more hot water and we didn't even get the amount of one cup.Fairly nice place, way to expensive and the toilets are across the yard.Will not go there again.+++Thank you for your answer to my posting.Regarding your reply I wished I would have taken a photo of the cake and the jug of water which was smaller than a regular up. Perhaps you would understand.Please disregard my comment about the toilet. It was probably displaced and had nothing to do with my review of the cake, the tea and the price.

Overall it was a nice place to visitHowever it is over priced, in my opinion.Very compact seating area.You also need to dress for the outdoors when using the toilet as it is outside.The staff are very friendly ( previous staff )Thank you for the 2 year delayed reply.The staff aren't that nice and are not pleasant, just a yes, no or don't know reply, just seems like you're bothering them.

AVOID, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO INGREDIENTS OR A VEGAN! Very rude, abrupt host as soon as we walked in. There is a blackboard outside advertising 'Vegan Options', however there is nothing on the menu that is vegan. When we asked the question, we were made to feel like we were thoroughly inconveniencing the lady server. We were told that she "wasn't sure", huffing and puffing, and really defensive and argumentative over questions about ingredients. We left shortly after being seated as neither myself or my husband want to be spoken to in such a way on our holiday. A real shame because the other server seemed polite.

A pleasant little teashop with a good selection of food & drink. We had fish cakes and a tuna mayonnaise jacket potato & shared a piece of carrot cake.Dietary restrictions: They were able to cater for a dairy intolerance lady

My family and I went for coffee after a walk around the castle. I really liked the decor of the place, everything is cute, colorful, like a toy! I liked the staff and the atmosphere. The most important thing that surprised me was the really tasty and strong coffee, which happened for the first time in three years of living in north Wales!

Lovely morning at beaus tea rooms. We enjoyed the delicious full breakfast and pancakes. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Great location, can’t wait to return!Vegetarian options: Veggie breakfast was delicious!

I enjoyed my experience here.Walking in, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The furnishings are homely and cozy, feels like stepping back into nans house.There is a peaceful, warm atmosphere. It's a welcoming change to most cafés nowadays which are a sea of grey crockery and poncey food.There is a fantastic selection of food, cakes and beverages available. Fast service, clean, and good value for money.

Perfect place to stop for lunch. Me and my partner had sandwiches and chips, (all delicious) with tea and coffee. Massive tea selection as well which I was very pleased with!Also offer gluten free options very clearly on the menu so I didn't feel like a pain asking for GF bread. I had lots to choose from as well!Lady looking after us was very polite and attentive. Decor is fantastic, I love the theme! Thank you!Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for gluten intolerant :)

My wife and daughter enjoyed their food. I ordered the chicken and vegetable soup. I reckon there’s more chicken in a vegan stock cube. It was thin and slightly spicy. No sign of chicken. Very disappointing, although the bread roll was good.

Lovely atmosphere, staff and food. Accommodating to children but sadly there was no baby changing facilities at all which was a bit of a problem.
