This was a stand out place in Beaumaris. Lovely interior, and dog friendly, too.The food was fantastic. We ordered a burger and loaded fries -- the sauces were clearly homemade, and rich and tasty. The coleslaw was also homemade, with subtle flavour rather than overpowering onion. The burger had the most delicious smoked bacon and I can't stop thinking about it - will definitely be back.Highly recommended if you want food cooked from scratch rather than something thrown together.

Lovely cafe, great menu and very dog friendly. The cafe was fairly busy when we arrived around lunchtime on a Friday, but staff greeted us, directed us to a table inside and were nice with our dog, bringing him water etc.The menu was good and we both selected from the hot sandwich menu, I particularly enjoyed the rarebit on rosemary focaccia.There's a nice outdoor seating area too, but it was a bit chilly to sit out on the day we visited.

Informal cafe and bistro overlooking the pier and the Menai straights. Stacks of outside seating too for sunny days. We enjoyed a delicious bowl of, in-house-made, dairy-free mushroom soup. Helpful, friendly service.

Great Yatchmans Breakfast on a Saturday morning. Very tasty and excellent portion. Quick friendly service. Sit at the window and watch the waves and fantastic view of Snowdonia.
Lovely cafe, really friendly. We sat outside in the November sunshine watching the sun over the water, absolutely beautiful. Blankets provided to help our knees warm. We both had fish finger sandwiches and they were superb, light crispy batter, delicious fresh meaty fish, homemade tartar sauce and coleslaw and plenty of it. Highly recommended

Stopped for coffee and hopefully a toasted tea cake. Sat at a table which hadn’t been cleared after the previous customers. When the waiter came to take our order he collected the dirty crockery but made no attempt to wipe the sticky food stained table. Ordered a macchiato from the menu and had to explain what it was. He brought our coffee and knives to butter the tea cakes which we assumed would follow. I asked him if he would mind cleaning the table. He returned with spray disinfectant and a piece of kitchen paper. We just managed to cover our coffees with a hand before he sprayed the whole area. We drank our coffee but no tea cakes appeared. Meanwhile the waiter was patting another customer’s dog and coughing into his hand so we decided that we didn’t really want to eat anyway. Went to the till to pay and had to point out that we’d only had 2 coffees, not 3 and no food. Shame, won’t be back.

We went to the Pier House cafe for lunch yesterday. The staff were just lovely they greeted us with a lovely smile and couldn't have been more helpful. I had a fish finger sandwich it was absolutely beautiful and the coleslaw was really nice. I will definitely go there next time I'm in Beaumaris.

Was sceptical as some really low scores on here but I was really happy with everything. We went in the evening and the service was really good, the food was amazing. I would give a well deserved 10/10. Its a bit pricy but I think it's worth it.
