Mediocre Indian restaurant with poor service, staff with attitude and prices that compete with those in London.Entering the courtyard in which the restaurant is located is via an archway with lights all over it, and it looks inviting. Attempts to create an ambience stop here. The ubiquitous Indian music is playing in the dining room that has had a complete scrub of anything to give it character.Fortunately, the food is perfect for this lack of atmosphere. I am guessing that sauces are all prepared in bulk or most likely from bought in sources and simply mixed with the rest of the food.My food certainly was a colour not found in the real world with the addition of large volumes of E numbers and additives. Unfortunately, none of the additives added much in the way of flavour. The same could be said for the rest of the food. South Indian cuisine can be excellent, and if you want good quality South Indian dishes, don't waste your time with this place as the London prices are not deserved.Wine, however, wasn't bad, but again overpriced (but let's be honest, this isn't unusual)."Service" was appalling with one member of staff being lecturing and simply rude, and the others not having the first idea about the basics.I understand it is the only Indian restaurant on the island, and I guess it survives because of the lack of good competition, but would suggest you get your Indian fix from somewhere else as this place could be prosecuted for the damage to Indian food.

Three of us, arrived when they were thinking of wrapping up for the evening.Totally welcoming, effortless friendly service, sensible price for super tasty, fresh cooked food.

We had a wonderful meal here last night. There were 6 of us and every dish was delicious. We'll certainly be back next time we're in Beaumaris ?

Don't bother with the online order service. It never arrives and on ringing they just lie and insist it en route. Which, based on our experience, it most definitely was not!

Absolutely the worst takeaway Indian meal I have ever had (I've had a few!). Overpriced rubbish. Such a shame. We have had lovely meals in the past.

Lovely food and a pleasant venue... but the service was awful and we didn't feel welcome. The owner appeared to be giving one his staff members grief about wages in earshot of everyone enjoying their meals ?
