Food arrived and was served on a cold dish and cold food. We sent it back then the waitress came and apologised.( that wasn’t her job). Was told we could have free wine but we don’t drink wine. Got two free drinks and my husband said he would have a dessert. It came and was uneatable. Good job we didn’t pay the £8.50 for that! Won’t be going back.

Really nice meal, pizzas were great. Read some of the other reviews and it doesn't match my experiences.I feel that they are really missing a trick by not making it more obvious that the restaurant is upstairs and open. As it's above the deli, when that is closed, it's really not clear that the restaurant is actually open when it is

Great food & great service.

A disappointing and expensive experience. Our starters (calamari and garlic bread with cheese) were mediocre at best, they looked and tasted like they'd come from a supermarket. After our starters, we waited around half an hour for the waiting staff, who then asked us if we'd like to see the dessert menu. When we mentioned that we hadn't had our main courses yet, she looked shocked, walked away and reappeared two minutes later with our main courses, which were visibly burnt (see photo).I didn't want to make a fuss, as I had taken my girlfriend out for dinner and our time together is very limited due to our jobs and distance, so we tolerated as much of it as we could. The waiting staff seemed pressured as there were quite a few customers and only one or two of them. When I went to pay the bill, I was very surprised at how expensive (£70+) it was for 2 soft drinks, 2 wines, 2 starters, 2 burnt main courses and 1 side (chips with some parmesan powder on them).Would not recommend.

I've been in Beaumaris for a week and had coffee most mornings, somewhere in the town. By day the premises are a Deli and Butchers, and in the evening it becomes a Restaurant, which I have not visited. As far as a coffee shop is concerned, it doesn't stand out, and at the time of my visit was watched over by a single member of staff who was next door in the Deli. Consequently I missed out on the cake counter and received my coffee in a paper cup. The only positive comment I can make, is that the coffee was hot, and there are male and female toilets upstairs (providing you notice the paper notice on the wall).

Where to start? The restaurant is upstairs from the deli so you don't see it when you book a meal. It is a warren of rooms and we were in the furthest room back. It was not that busy and we ordered a drink and a main meal. We had to wait 40 minutes for our meal to arrive - and still no drinks had appeared. To be fair the pasta dishes were both good but the organisation was poor. There was a lot of confusion on menu choices; the menu given out did not match the menu shown on the street outside. Also two different menus were given out randomly some said salmon as fish of the day but some said cod therefore people had ordered salmon but got cod instead. At this point, we realised that we had had different menus on our table. As we left, two tables were in dispute over the time taken for meals to arrive and it was getting heated. We couldn't leave fast enough. It was not a life enhancing experience.

Great little place in the middle of Beaumaris. We went to order a takeaway pizza. It was pouring with rain, they invited us in, let us sit down whilst waiting. The team were friendly and helpful. Be warned though card payments only. Pizzas themselves were lovely. We had a marguerita and an Anglesey special with lamb mince which was definitely different! Would have been nice to have a seafood special as so close to the sea. Highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting coffee, asked for a flat white, got a milky latte ?? If you have a coffee machine surely you should train people how to use it !!! If an Italian tried your grim offer hands would be thrown

Old woman on the counter was so rude, Just no customer service skills at all. Got a sausage roll for my Son, they were different shapes and sizes, so I asked for the long one as the others had too much meat in the middle, and she said you mean the bigger one as if I'm trying to get more for my money. Judgemental to say the least. Been popping in there for a couple of years when holidaying near there, but no more. There are much better places! The customers are doing you a favour, not the other way round!

This is a fantastic food emporium and coffee shop. All locally sourced vegetables, meat and home made jams and sauces. All fantastic. A must visit in Beaumaris.

Fantastic deli stop for lunch! The sausage rolls were fresh out of the oven and the salad boxes were very generous. Dog friendly inside which was great to hide from the rain for an hour.

This place never fails to disappoint. They're never open. I think we've managed to eat there once since they opened.

We got pies from the deli counter, the best I've had in a long time.

Went to the restaurant which at first looked. Closed but turns out it was open, just not welcoming. We were sat by a window seat - unfortunately the window sill had no less than seven dead flies on it which didn’t bode well. All in all it was a bit run down and had no atmosphere. Food was just ok, I had a Welsh pizza (!) which wasn’t great to be honest. Disappointing.

Despite the poor reviews we decided to give this place a go for my partners birthday. Unable to get anyone to answer the phone we decided to drive the 10 plus miles to the restaurant only to find it was closed. Very disappointing!!!! Please update google on your opening hours!!!
