Absolutely Awful 13 substitute’s which was not substitute’s at all, I ordered avocado and they sent me a Beetroot? and a manky one at that, all so called substitute’s went back including rotten pomegranate and almost out of date chicken, on the plus the delivery driver was lovely.

Not a positive experience on a Monday morning before 10AM.Car park full to capacity (I'm sure not all the cars parked there belonged to Asda shoppers)!.Shelves poorly stocked, aisles blocked and miserable staff.This store could do with a major kick up the jacksy.

I've given it only three stars because of the checkout issues, there's rarely more than one on an ordinary checkout so you either have to scan, which I would recommend or self checkouts of which there are two types, trolley or basket, I absolutely hate self checkouts because you ALWAYS need help from an assistant so I avoid them like the plague.

Visably rotten food, I mean mushy and liquidified rotten food, in my delivery today, multiple items, not just the one. I don't shop with Asda often anymore because of masses of hilariously unrelated substitutions (15 today) but this has been a new low and genuinely I'll never buy more than a pint of milk and a loaf of bread from them again. Instant refund issued by online support, but that is beyond the point, someone is in-store picking and packing items that are very obviously decomposing and deciding that that is okay. I'm really annoyed that the online refund process does not allow for upload of pictures because this is next level gross.

Awful, 2 checkouts open with people queuing up the aisles, I only had 4 items which were heavy so I needed a trolley. I went to the self service, where there was also a queue, left my trolley and walked out, to top it off a woman had her purse stolen out of her trolley. I won’t be returning to this store I will use Sainsburys a couple of minutes away.

Great customer service from a lady called Audrey today. I had lots of parcels to collect and as some orders were split into 2 parcels, she spent lots of time making sure that everything was correct.
