The best seafood platter I’ve eaten at a pub, the staff were an absolute delight (the landlady was especially amazing), very reasonable prices and a very cute atmosphere with a Welsh setting.

Dropped into the pub on the off chance of food after a long day. Good menu, with great service. Lots of chat with the landlord, with a great choice of spirits, although driving meant we couldn't imbibe! Lovely clean lines of a local pub ?
Attended an afternoon tea,after saying farewell to a wonderful Llanwern local. I know the food is excellent here anytime.We had a lovely warm welcome from the staff and the buffet was excellent.Highly recommended.Looking forward to having a meal there with friends soon.Small carpark and on road parking as well.Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
