Childish behaviour by staff, music playing form mobile phone behind counter. Tried to quietly inform Manager about our disappointment, didn't want to make a fuss, but staff were obviously told by the manager who complained. Then approached by two members of staff within town about my complaint. Awful and unprofessional behaviour by staff and we will certainly be frequenting another coffee shop where this sort of behaviour is not tolerated.

A cosy cafe that was warm and welcoming on a cold day. Great coffee but virtually no savoury snacks on offer.

Staff were NOT polite or welcoming. Ordered two Americanos with hot milk. Not asked what size etc. Had to ask.No please, thank you or any response. Moved along counter to collect coffee. Noted guy put COLD milk in. There was absolutely no dialogue between the two. Had to ask for hot milk please. Just threw coffee away and started again. Guy walking aimlessly round with food order. Uncollected order spoons left on tables, so no idea who was waiting for order's! Then walked round full tables that required emptying. What a joke. Coffee 1,Brecon avoid.

A good coffee served by a delightful young lady who had just perfected hearts in the crema and he tuna melt pannini was tasty, but the contents was on the sparse side. Overall the toilet cleanliness let them down, especially the hand drier, although a message in the door did say that they were understaffed.Parking: Parked right outside. Very pleased!

First and only visit to this cafe . 2 stars for being dog friendly . Was told on arrival they were closing in 20 mins . That’s Ok long enough time to drink a cup of tea or so I thought . Think the one who served us was having training to make tea . Had his fingers in it fishing round for the tea bag . Then the girl started fishing round for the tea bag . 5 mins gone . Paid £5.40 for the two cups . Back to table waiting for our tea to colour up . When we were told closing soon . Tried to drink some tea but was still just hot water and milk . No taste at all . Left the cafe and our drinks !!
