My steak bake was more like fresh air bake. So empty that light was shining through the pastry. Disappointing at best!

Bought 2 sausage rolls and they were served cold, I asked if I could have them heated up but the man said he couldn't. There was an oven and a microwave behind him, he said it was a policy that had been in place since the start which is not true as any other Greggs I've been to keep the food warm. Disappointed

Rude staff, wasn’t expecting this kind of behaviour early in the morning.
Great Greggs shop and lovely Welsh staff as always. Mexican oval bite was delicious and better than what you get in England but the reason for the 1 star loss is for me personally the custard slices are not very good. Icing very bitty and not a lot of vanilla flavour from the custard and they seem to be smaller thinner than a mobile phone!

Excellent service, staff polite and fast. Food is good value.I don't get how bacon is only available before 11.00, we are in Wales! Bacon should be available until after lunch, maybe 2pm.
