A hybrid setup that is both eat in and takeaway. Service is from a small counter with restricted access so sometimes a queue forms outside. Having ordered you can then eat in a smallish indoor area or on outdoor picnic tables with takeaway the other option. All the food, which is very tasty, is provided in disposable packaging that you eat straight out of.

An amazing find.. The doorstep sandwiches are amongst the best I've ever had.

What an amazing place and the food was fabulous. A brilliant lunch on mother's day. So tasty. I had the Reuben, my daughter the Bacon, Egg and Cheesy tots. We had half each and neither of us could say which one we preferred. Thank you Cobbles.

We came near one o’clock on Saturday and were shocked. Not only we waited for 40 minutes and after that they said that they serve us.But the problem is that people in front of us were served. They recommended us to come back in 20 minutes after what we would probably wait in queue for another 40 minutes or even more. There was around 10 people behind us and they was not warned that they will not be served and will just have to stand there.

Amazing sandwiches. It's a regular pitstop for us on the way or after a beach stroll. The Cuban is the pick of the sandwiches for me, although all their hot ones sound delicious. Good coffee too, serve locally roasted beans (Welsh Coffee Co).Vegetarian options: Limited for vegetarians with just the one, which is a vegan option.

Choosing Cobbles for our wedding venue was an easy choice the second we visited the venue. It’s a beautiful little site with all the amenities you could possibly want. There’s in-house catering and a bar, plenty of seating areas and in the centre is a pretty cobbled courtyard for everyone to gather together. Just next to the venue are open fields, Ogmore beach and even a little castle garrison, which is all perfect for wedding photos. In terms of a venue, its perfect for a wedding because all of its on-site amenities take out so much of the extra planning that so many weddings have with third party vendors. The décor of Cobbles is perfect too. It’s understated but in the best possible way. We wedding theme we had was rustic boho and Cobbles set up is perfectly. There’s lots of lovely little touches for a stylist to work around and Cobbles is very accommodating to what you want to do.We were lucky to have a summer wedding with perfect weather and the entire venue was just beautiful. But what really makes Cobbles a great wedding location though is the team who helped plan the wedding. In the build-up to our special day, our wedding planner, Chloe, helped go through all the little details we needed to consider to make the day right. She gave us lots of choices, listened to our requirements and helped plan out a perfect day.On the day of the wedding, Lea led the team and they were all brilliant. They worked around our timings and were so friendly and accommodating. Lea was brilliant and in the build up to the wedding we could contact her with any final thoughts or to run through any final details. The bar staff were friendly and the catering team did a brilliant job. The food is incredible and everyone of our guests enjoyed the meal.In short, Cobbles is a wonderful wedding venue. It’s a beautiful little location with a brilliant team and our wedding day couldn’t have gone any better.
